They're my new favorite shirts! I wear them every day!
Super comfortable, light material so I'm not too hot. Absolutely perfect. I definately recommend them.

Maybe I should have read the reviews before purchasing.
I received an email from Wordans advising of a weekend sale, 'Spend $80.00 get a $10.00 discount. Ordered a Flight Nylon Flight Jacket, Black, L. I had been holding off for a couple of months on this order, as I did not want to pay for Freight. Placed the order through PayPal, the system would not authorize the discount. I ordered anyway as it was a weekend offer only, did not want to give them this way out. Monday morning when I called them they knew nothing about the offer, assumed that they also did not advise their IT Department either. I have sent this all back to PayPal to negotiate or refund me. A month has gone by with no satisfaction.
I am very satisfied with the jacket.....
Not so with the company. Viva Quebec. funny PayPal didn’t see it like you did and refunded me the $10 so who’s zooming who??

Worst company. Do not buy from them. They make returns hard and everything takes so long. Took them 2 months to refund me and they deducted the shipping so I didn’t even get a full refund at the end of it all. Only 2/3 of total amount refunded. Clothing is low quality and that was the reason for my return. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else.

I made a mistake on a small order to Wordans' or a dozen hats. Stephan helped me fix my mess with a simple return for store credit. He took my worries away! Great service!

The product was just what I ordered and price and shipping were great. The material of the shirts was thinner than I expected but its hard to tell from just pictures on a screen.

I so appreciate the quick delivery as I needed the shirts yesterday. Great thick cotton shirts, the quality is consistantly there and the price is always affordable for small busineses

15 t-shirts i bought. The neck was way to wide. This made them ugly and not wearable.

I am extremely disappointed with my entire experience at Wordans. When I placed my order, I was misled about the processing time. I had ordered an outfit for my grandson to wear to his birthday party that matched his theme, and I specifically selected what I thought was a “ships in 24 hours” option—only to later be told that this does not apply to printed or customized items.

After waiting four days without any tracking information, I reached out to customer service and was met with rudeness and dismissive behavior. When I asked to cancel my order, I was told it had already entered production and could not be canceled. As someone who runs a business myself, I fully understand print-on-demand timelines, but waiting four days just for processing is unacceptable. My own custom orders for customers ship within two days. Then again, these are US-based companies. I guess that is better sometimes than supporting Canadian Companies.

Even after complaining, my order was held for ten business days before it was marked as shipped, and then it sat for another two days without even being picked up. I had a little wiggle room since his birthday is on Saturday, but based on what I was told, my order should have been delivered over a week ago, even with the stated 5–7 day shipping.

I had considered using Wordans for my business in Canada, but I will never order from them again. The poor experience was not only about delays but also about the extremely rude customer service I received. Buyer beware: make sure to read all the fine print. If an item says “ships in 24 hours,” that only applies to blank items—even if it says “customize” right below it.

Shirts came in a timely manner and they are good quality.

I don't like when ordering items in 1 day one order, it comes in different packaging on different days. I had just checked my order & noticed 1 item missing. But it says delivered.

Quite disappointed. At forehand I asked for a specific kind of t-shirt through customer service. I got the wrong ones and they ended up letting me pay for sending it back.
It feels like a quite unfair and indecent policy to let your customer pay for your own wrongdoing.

They shipped my item to the wrong address and it went down hill from there. More than a month of back and forth with them and even though the item was recovered (used!) and returned to them they withheld the shipping cost (to the WRONG ADDRESS!). I had to file a complaint through my PayPal.

Je souhaitais offrir un cadeau personnalisé à ma femme pour noel. Quelques jours après, je ne vois aucun mouvement sur ma commande donc je les contacte et on me dit que l'article a été envoyé via un autre transporteurs que celui que j'avais demandé, choisi parmi les choix proposé sur le site.
quelques jours plus tard, on me demande si je l'ai bien reçu car il est arrivé, mais moi alors que je n'ai rien reçu et j'étais à mon domicile toute la journée.
Suite à cela, on me dit qu'une enquête va être mené et qu'on me tiendra au courant.
Sauf qu'en attendant je les informe que je vais devoir commander ailleurs si je le veux pour noel et que de ce fait je demande un remboursement.
Sans me tenir informé de l'avancement de l'enquête, je reçois le 26 décembre, un courriel qui m'informe que le colis est renvoyé alors que je n'en voulais plus vu que j'ai dû commandé ailleurs.
Lorsque je les contacte ne leur disant que je n'ai pas demandé de renvoi, on m'informe que je pourrais le retourner une fois reçu.
Finalement lorsque je le reçois en janvier, alors que je ne suis pas chez moi, on m'informe que comme c'est personnalisé, je ne peux pas me faire rembourser.
C'est une honte de traiter le client comme ça.

Answered all my questions and fixed my problems

Ross was clear, efficient and helpful. Problem solved easily without issue.

First order, they incorrectly labelled an oversize unisex shirt as a "womens" shirt - indicating an incorrect sizing. Refused a full refund with return shipping, said the item was what I ordered... But refused to acknowledge they'd mislabelled it.

Update:
Was promised "Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll send the return label within 48 hours."

It's been 4 days since they last responded to me...
