In a couple of weeks it will be two years since I placed my first order with Wood Workers Workshop and they are the first place I look when I need something or to just browse and see what is new.
The service is always excellent, advice readily available, top quality product ranges and speedy responses WWW is a rare gem in current times.
(They also publish ALL their verified reviews, unlike some I could mention.)

I have made a number of purchases over the last few months from WoodWorkersWorkshop. The products are all high quality and allow me greater precision than what I had before.

What has really impressed me though is phoning up with questions. The people I've spoken to have been honest and open, listened to my questions and given advice that has been spot on.

A real measure of a business is when something goes wrong. In my case it was very minor - a missing collet in a replacement router motor and router lift. A replacement for the missing collet was immediately dispatched by Andy.

I'm sure that I could purchase items for less online, but the knowledgeable advice and the after sales service really makes up for any additional cost.

Fortunately, I accidentally stumbled upon the Wood Workers Workshop when I was looking for a few items a couple of months ago.

From the outset of dealing with this company I’ve been impressed with the way they deal with online orders. The website is easy to navigate, and boasts a raft of high quality tools to help you get the job done.

Furthermore the buying experience is top notch, with a seamless checkout and multiple payment options, to the communications once you press the ‘buy now’ button. Instant order confirmation and further follow up messages advising the progress of your order through to delivery.

It’s clear to see the team behind the scenes do their utmost to ensure you receive your order swiftly and in perfect condition. The packaging of the products is superb, I’ve ordered a couple of quite flimsy (designed that way) high quality items and they’ve all arrived in pristine condition.

Over the last couple of months, I’ve made 4 orders, and I’ve been highly delighted with every one, the quality of the supplied products, ordering experience, speed of delivery and of course the packaging. Needless to say, Wood Workers Workshop is permanently bookmarked in my favourites and I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality woodworking tools.

what can I say .
I have just received two Verum low angle planes one block and one rebate plane
firstly they both needed very little doing to set up
the quality is fabulous the feel and wight balance is just right and after using them on some marine ply and grain fabulous finish you wouldn't achieve much better find sandpaper
I can't rate these hardly enough
So impressed I've just ordered a number five plane to go with the set

Wood workers workshop is the place to find the best quality tools available they only supply tools of the highest quality from the best manufacturers in the business.I have purchased various quality items from the company weather you are an experienced carpenter or an avid DIY user if you start with the best quality tools available you will only need to buy them once if you are not sure what you need give them a call and a member of the experienced staff will be happy to help and advise you.I have always found the staff to be very knowledgable and courteous if you purchase from WWW you can be sure you are buying the best quality tools available backed up with the best advice and after sales service.perhaps your budget won’t stretch to the best on the market but you will be advised on the best way to meet your needs. The advice from people in the trade can save you time and money and save you making costly mistakes chat to the people who know.
My own experience with WWW has always been second to none the friendly practical advice is always better than finding out the hard way on your own.

I stumbled across Wood Workers Workshop a few months ago when I was hunting for some BOW products and I must say what a pleasant find. Great people who take the time to get the products delivered in record time. I'm in Johannesburg and from time of ordering the tools take 4 days to get to my door which is about the same time it takes to get a local delivery. Amazing service and assistance everytime. Keep it up guys.

Purchase the JessEm Advanced Excel ll Router table package. Plus a collection of associated add on table parts.
Quality table router as you would expect with the initial cost of purchasing a market leading router table package.
Some items were out of stock which slowed delivery. I would purchase another one if I had the finances.

When I telephoned for advice before buy the AUK Professional Router package there was a clear desire to help you and direct you to the best product that meets your needs and within budget. They offer a great range of high quality products, the web site listings are very detailed which helps to make informed decisions / purchases including videos. I have made several purchases and products are always shipped quickly (mostly on the same day) , carefully packaged and using quality couriers so things just arrive without any delays. I ordered one of their complete router table offerings which is fantastic but I needed some help with some of the assembly and their phone / WhatsApp support was excellent. It is great to find such a quality company.

This is a great piece of kit - when it works...

I had mine for 6 months when the PCB in the motor packed up a week ago. This is now a well known problem with these motors and for this reason JessEm discontinued them on 1 December 2025.

JessEm continue to supply replacement PCBs and indeed I received two from this morning. It is now working once more but for how long? They cannot guarantee to have sufficient PCBs to keep the motors going for many years. Essentially the motor will be redundant soon. However - read on: 15/04/26

Happy ending as Woodworkers Workshop have arranged with JessEm that they will exchange current motor for an 'all Canadian' made one once they become available next year and will make sure that I am not without a working motor meantime.

Living in New Zealand I am very reluctant to make significant purchases offshore. However, I did make my first purchase from Wood Workers Workshop and was really impressed with both the quality and service they provided. This encouraged me to make two follow up purchases one of which was a back order. In both cases the product meet and exceeded my expectation. I can highly recommend Wood Workers Workshop.

Excellent, prompt service in response to my online order of a Jessem stainless steel 10mm dowelling jig. The jig presents a standard of design and manufacture that is a delight to hold and use. Thoroughly recommended and thanks to WWW for making these devices available in the UK.
