Package well and arrived/ delivered quickly.
Quality of slats not brilliant and have a couple of rough ones which will take away the beauty of the bench I am rebuilding.
I will contact by phone tomorrow and see if the company are willing to send out replacements.
I will be running the router down the edge too pencil edge each slat as edges are square so will be sharp otherwise.

Items were great, however the packaging was terrible. They were delivered open at one end with slight damage. Obviously an on going courier problem.
Had to chase company for dispatch time, communication poor.

Yandles customer service is excellent as always. However the courier they use are terrible. Got so fed up with waiting being told it was out for delivery when it wasn't lied to by the courier office staff. This awful service reflects badly on Yandles which is a first class company.

11 x2 Acacia bowl blank was delivered in good time and in good condition.
Nice piece of Acacia turned well and produced what I wanted.Finished with Beeswax and came up nicely.

Have used Yandle & Sons Ltd a couple of times now and cannot fault them in any way. My first order had one item out of stock which they sent me updates on throughout which was very much appreciate as I never had to contact them for updates. Simple easy ordering. Delivery was a problem but that's not Yandles fault. That was down to the courier, who didn't get 5 stars. However communication with Yandles is excellent. Once pension pennies have been saved ill definitely be shopping at Yandles. Thanks guys

Good price compared to other suppliers. Can’t say that I’m that impressed, applied it to greyed yellow ballau and no noticeable improvement, still blotchy. Would dearly love to know what would do the job.
