Great service from Woodley and Associates
Woodley and Associates have been our property managers for the past few years now. We have recently had to have some work done to the roof of our block and Woodley's have managed the process very efficiently and professionally. They are clearly an experienced team and provide much better service than our previous property management team who we really struggled with.

Great experience
I’ve had a great experience working with Woodley & Associates in the management of our block of flats. Amelia, in particular, has been fantastic in resolving a few issues we've faced recently. She has been responsive, professional, and ensured that everything was addressed in a timely way. I have used Woodley & associates for the past few years to manage my rental and commercial portfolio. I’ve always found Tom honest, straightforward and efficient. Any issues with blocks and tenants have been managed with speed. Would highly recommend 10/10

Great service!
As a landlord of eighteen years, I can highly recommend Woodley and Associates. They have been, by far, the best block management company I have dealt with following several bad experiences with other local companies. The property managers have always been very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Awful company that mess up everything…
Awful company that mess up everything they can’t even request service charges on time so then hit you with two within a month they never get back to emails or phone calls a shambles of a company and I will no longer be paying them a service charge as they do nothing

A dreadful company
Woodley and Associates is a property management company. The last invoice I had for them was dated 11th March 2024. The next payment was due in June, and despite emails from me to their team address and the Property Manager, they seem unable to create an invoice, and only send statements.
In addition a Section 20 notice was sent out to Leaseholders on the 24th June, "and the proposal for funding, will be circulated, following the 30-day consultation period ending on 28.06.2024". Really impressive!!
Appalling service.
