The support and customer care given by…
The support and customer care given by the staff was first class. I have used them twice now, nothing was too much trouble and always extremely polite.
The speed of the service was excellent especially with the shipment overseas to Greece.

As we explained in our email correspondence, your first email from Monday 8th September at 6:33 PM was flagged as spam and we only saw it after we received a second email from you on Wednesday 10th September and we replied to your email as soon as we saw it after retrieving from the spam folder.
As you see, the circumstances were beyond our control and your request involved complex company documentation that did not initially meet the necessary compliance standards, requiring additional legal checks — particularly given that Cuba remains subject to international sanctions and the company information on the documents did not match with the information as filed on the UK Companies House.
We worked diligently to provide you with a clear, step-by-step guide and to ensure that every aspect of the process complied with the relevant regulations and requirements by the Cuban Consulate.
While we regret that our careful and thorough approach did not meet your expectations, we must always place accuracy and legal compliance first for all our clients. It is for that specific reason the Cuban Embassy refer clients to us as they trust our work and due diligence.
