Very disappointing experience. Communication was extremely poor the person assigned to help me was unresponsive when support was needed most. The attitude was also quite rude and unprofessional which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. It honestly felt like I was chasing them instead of being supported. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
