Scam

Scam. Placed an order, it's been stuck at Chinese customs for a month, they shipped it from China despite implying and offering European shipping (which I selected) and now don't respond to emails. Complete and utter scam. Avoid.

Edit: Everything below as a response is a lie. They have not responded to my emails, the items are still stuck at Chinese customs 2 months later, they have offered no refund or replacement shipping and are just ghosting me. I'm having to try to recover funds through my bank.

If everything they ship uses sir China, why do they advertise multiple couriers are checkout - everything BUT the Chinese couriers. Being able to accurate track my items and having fewer customs issues is what you think you pay for. Instead they have claimed it's all shipped fro. The same place with the same couriers below.

Whatever you do DONT USE THEM. happy to provide tracking info and emails for proof.

Verkauft gebrauchte OLED Displays....

Ich habe ein "brand new" OLED display bei witrigs.com für mein LG V30 gekauft, ohne Rahmen, sowie einen Akku und Klebefolie. Der Akku ist super und das Zubehör auch, aber das Display ist definitiv gebraucht und nicht neu. Die Rückseite war zerkratzt (Kupferfolie) und das OLED Display zeigt an den Rändern burn-in Effekte an. Das ist typisch wenn man den OLED Bildschirm längere Zeit auf voller Leuchtstufe mit einem statischen Bild "belastet". Diese burn-in Effekte zeigten sich vom ersten Start an, aber ich hatte keine Lust den Screen wieder zurückzuschicken um ggf. am Ende völlig ohne Display und ohne Geld darzustehen. Das Display funktioniert zwar sonst einwandfrei, aber ich weiß nicht ob ich jemals wieder bei dem Shop bestellen werde. Leider hatte ich keine andere Wahl, es war der einzige Händler der ein OLED Display für das V30 im Angebot hatte, alle anderen Händler hatten nur billige LCD Panels (IPS o.ä.) und kein OLED.

SCAMMERS!!!

SCAMMERS!!!

Product purchased in Nov 2019. As i travel for work, I did not engage my phone shop to repair the device until April. The box sent by Witrigs was at home until COVID grounded my work related travel.

Since I now had time to look at getting my phone required, I gave my phone shop the parts that I had recieved from Witrigs in november still in the box Witrigs shipped it in. When the technician installed the screen and tested it, he advised that it did not work. He provided a tax invoice outlining his testing and his findings.

Witrigs are trying to justify that they dont need to replace it because I didnt have it installed on day 1.

They justify refusing warranty because I won't send them a video of me putting the device together to show them the screen is dead.

Pure scam, steer very clear of this one

It has been three months since you received the goods. You told me that it was not used. As soon as I sent it to the repair shop, the repair shop told you that the package was bad. We do n’t need you to provide other proofs. You only need to take the damaged product. The picture or video was sent to us, but you refused and asked to send the product to you again. This kind of request is obviously unreasonable!

They've kept me informed about my order status at all time, (may be some people didn't know but there is something outside called coronavirus affecting stock, delivery times, etc... : P). Their YouTube tutorial for replacing the screen of my phone was very helpful, and the screen is working properly. Mis dieses!!!

This is the ist time I bought from them…

This is the ist time I bought from them and experience told me I should read the reviews b4 ordering. Their service were great not till you email them for refund/exchange. The Huawei nova 3 screen I bought didn't work and I emails in the last 3 days and didn't have any reply from them so far. I've made request to my credit card for refund.

Finally, I've received an email from them admitting the screen I bought had a problem and will refund to me later.
Now I'm waiting for their confirmation of the refund.

So my overall experience with Witrigs was acceptable and their service were great and attentive.

Absoluter Saftladen

Absoluter Saftladen , sie haben mir ein kaputtes Display zugesendet und wollten das ich ein Video hochladen, da sie es nicht geschafft haben dieses herunterzuladen musste ich es nochmal hochladen. Ich warte schon fast 2 Monate darauf das ich ein neues zugeschickt bekomme oder mein geld zurückbekomme.
Sie lassen sich nicht nur ewig Zeit beim Antworten sondern stellen immer dumme unötige fragen um einen zufriedenen zu stellen.
Ich werde nie wieder dort bestellen!

Terrible service, avoid at all cost

Had to open a Paypal claim top get my money back: one month after ordering a replacement battery, they hadn't even processed the order. They ignored emails and asked to close Paypal claims to ship the item.

Massive delay in dispatch, slow communication.

Ordered an in-stock Mi 9 screen and paid for UPS 5-7 day shipping. Over two weeks later, after several ignored emails, they finally reply with a UPS tracking number which states UPS haven't even received the package yet.

It'll likely be over a month from order to delivery.

Definitely up to the task

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus OEM replacement screen from Witrigs. I paid for it on the 24th of February, 2020. On the 11th of March, 2020, I collected the screen. I fitted it and it worked perfectly. Witrigs kept me informed through emails throughout the period. Thank you Witrigs for the highest levels of honesty, integrity and professionalism. I will now order a replacement for Samsung S7 Edge.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT - I ordered some replacement parts for my phone: screen, battery, battery-cover and some tools to do the repair. I only received the battery (Almost a month later). It has been over two months now. I attempted to contact them several times to try refund or get the rest my order they have not responded to any of my attempts. I will not be making any more orders from this company in the future. I suggest you shop else where if reliable customer service is something you value. I have escalated the matter with pay-pal and Wit-rigs sent the tracking info for just the battery as proof of shipment.

High-quality parts, perfect customer service, poor delivery

The only store except OnePlus where I found the OEM replacement display which works exactly as expected.
Excellent customer support, very responsive.
On a downside - I waited for 3 months my order to arrive. That's crazy.
It's not directly Witrigs fault I believe, that's why I still put 5 stars, but I'd definitely recommend to add some options for the more reliable and fast delivery.

Overall the support was very good.
At first I have received a wrong item, but I could send it back and
they sent me the correct one.

Great user support after received a defective screen !

I ordered an OEM replacement screen for my Oneplus 5T, received it something like 2-3 weeks later, but I was expecting that. Of course, misfortune and I being good friends, the screen I received was defective (blue, blurried, and displays the image upside down).

I contacted the support (Chen) and after a little talk (jet lag is your ennemy here) and few pictures/videos as evidences, I've been told to request a RMA so that they can send me a replacement screen ! :)

The RMA has been approved in minutes after my request, and it seems that my new screen is on its way. I'll edit this review as soon as I will received it ! But for now, they have been very professional and I will probably buy from them in the future.

J'ai commandé un écran de remplacement OEM (original) pour mon Oneplus 5T, je l'ai reçu environ 2-3 semaines plus tard, mais ça vient de Chine donc pas de suprises. Bien sûr, vu ma chance légendaire, l'écran que j'ai reçu était défectueux (bleu, flou, et affiche l'image à l'envers).

J'ai contacté le support (Chen) et après un petit entretien par mail de 2-3 jours (vive le décalage horaire) et quelques photos / vidéos comme preuves, on m'a dit de demander un RMA afin qu'ils puissent m'envoyer un écran de remplacement! :)

Le RMA a été approuvé quelques minutes après ma demande, et il semblerait que l'écran de remplacement soit en route. Je modifierai cette critique dès que je le recevrai! Mais pour l'instant, ils ont été très professionnels et j’achèterai probablement chez eux à l'avenir.

BEAWARE THEY CHARGE YOU INSANE AMMOUNTS FOR SHIPPING AFTER YOU PAY AND FINALIZE THE ORDER

I ordered a screen for a Huawei P20 lite plus some tools.

Before i finalized the order i talked to Xueyi through live chat as i wanted a quote for shipping costs to my address (Europe), i gave them the FULL ADDRESS, they checked the address and Xueyi replied back that the shipping costs would be 21.82 USD with DHL.
I HAVE PROOF OF THAT, I HAVE THE WHOLE CONVERSATION IN A PDF FILE.
So after checking with them, about the shipping costs i finalized and payed for the order.

A day later i receive an email telling me that my location is a "remote location" AND THAT I NEEDED TO PAY AN EXTRA OF 35USD FOR DELIVERY. that is a total of 56.82 USD FOR A SMALL PACKAGE, THAT'S INSANE. My location is DEFINITELY NOT A "REMOTE LOCATION" i have received many many parcels from Europe , Asia and all over the world with no additional or any huge shipping costs like that WITH DHL.

I voiced to the support (Chen) my frustration, i told them i REFUSE to pay another 35!!! USD for shipping ESPECIALLY AFTER THEY THEMSELVES quoted me 21.82 to my exact address that i PROVIDED. They have not replied back.
Its like they want you to make a purchase and then decide to charge you more, that's very unprofessional behavior.

If they don't fix this situation i will never ever buy anything from them, and i will dispute trough PayPal and warn every other user about them.

If they send the package as we AGREED i will change this review and i will be happy again.
Hopefully it's just a misunderstanding.
