I ordered an "oem" version lens cover for my phone, and they sent me their inferior "custom" version. I contacted them and after a number of email exchanges they insisted I send them a photo of it, which I did. Now they don't even reply, and I've had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I've already wasted more time than the product is worth, and now I have to shop for the real deal.Stay away; they're scammers.

So I bought a replacement screen for an Honor View 10, I received the package like in 10 days paying for fast delivery and when I got but it was faulty, it took me 2-3 weeks to get support and to finally get my money back, I would not buy again because of the product quality and because I got a replacement screen faulty and not new, but support works.

Never received refund 80$
I ordered screen for Pixel 3 (didn't check it it works).
Then I requested refund and sent it back to China (they gave me address).
After this they stopped replying to me and I never received refund.
I lost around 80$ + 20$ shipment because of Witrigs.

2nd time customer and happy
The package is unbelievably quick with dhl, and their parts seem to be of good quality and price! Customer service reply and keep in contact to see if i have recieved the package so thats good to see, not sure about others problems. Though overall i will keep ordering my phone parts from these guys, they're trustworthy in my experience.

China seems to be further away from the UK than I thought.
OEM screen was not working when it came, took a month and a half to get a replacement but it has finally arrived. Buying from China takes longer than I thought. Something to keep in mind, especially if you, like me, are in need of speedy service.

Replacement screen and frame for Pixel 3xl work great. I swear this screen is better than the original one. Disassembly and reassembly very challenging as pointed out in the video.

1.5 months ago, I've made the mistake to order spare parts from. After few weeks the status of the order was still "processing". Finally, after few emails, they said that these parts were out of order long time before they took my money. Now I still don't have neither the parts or my money back.

One of the bests calls I've ever received online

Best customer service I've experienced with respect to cellphone part shopping! Saw proof of testing every piece before shipping and the customer service is very transparent and quick with responses! Overall, a really great company, from quality control to all the videos they put up for repairs.
