An excellent service. Tricky to navigate to begin with; I misunderstood the way to deal with pages; individually would have been best & I wrestled with a text box that ran over onto the next page which made things a little tedious.
However, the platform takes the 'messing about' out of the job. I would have liked a 'better' choice of type faces & sizes...but understand not all people can make choices like that & would come away with probably not a very pretty product. The limited choices of 'style' however do give a nicely polished product. Which gratifyingly was commented upon by a number of mourners. Thank you Alexis & 'With Grace'....should I have need in the future I shall return to you. TD.

Sadly, I lost both mum and dad over the last few months. Have used With Grace for the order of service both times. Really pleased with the quality and delivery really reliable too. One less thing to think about when life is distressing. It is not something you recommend actively to others but I would do so if someone needed a reliable company.

With Grace has made creating funeral service sheets as easy as possible. Having a little computer design know how if helpful, but creating the booklet was pretty straight forward. With the option of home printing, or printing service provided, you choose what best suits you. Next day delivery gives peace of mind. I would recommend.

Bit fiddly at first but when you get there its fine! Ordered 15 and arrived as very good quality. Delivery was very quick.

This is the second time we have used With Grace and the process to produce a lovely order of service was as easy as the first time, stress free, we had to phone to sort out a photo which we could not turn and they were so helpful, thank you and we will be back in the future. I've used this company for two family members now, the software is smooth and easy to understand, results are very professional, delivery speedy and after sales support seems good, though I haven't had to use it as everything has been perfect. Highly recommended.

Easy to follow and order. Service was great and you delivered what you promised. The only teeny criticism would be that the colour of the front came out slightly differently to what it appeared to be on the screen.
