Recently had 12 Longi panels and 9.5kw battery installed. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the install. I highly recommend wise green energy
I am very impressed at how much energy they generate, even on a cloudy day recently they generated 9kw of free energy. Also impressed how soon in the day they generate and how late in the day they are still generating

Hi when they said about the heating. Hostly did not believe that would keep my room warm. They proved me wrong I am very happy with them does not take long to warm up and it's keeps the cost of living down. Also we have got the hot water one so we have hot water all day and night plus keeps the cost down. When it's installed didn't take them long. A big thank you keep up the good work.

Wise Green Energy installed solar panels and battery in March. I’m very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism. They gave me confidence I was in good hands, and the system is working very well indeed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I found Wise Green Energy completely efficient and reliable during the Sales, survey and planning stages. Communications were clear and explicit. I had done some research and was fairly sure what I wanted for the "Home Battery" to do.

The GivEnergy All in One arrived on the correct day and even at the time that was stated. Due to the difficult arrangement on the driveway we knew in advance that the fork lift would be unable to get the equipment to the place of installation. So it was arranged by the Project manager to have several strong people at hand to lift it up the drive. The planning was impeccable.

The installation was schedualed for the following day with a second morning as booked incase there were difficulties. The two electricians arrived as did the rain, but despite that they worked quickly and have the battery and gateway installed and working within a few hours being ready to leave by 1pm. They mostly tidied up after themselves with just a few bit or wire and stuff left at the work site, but as I said earlier it was raining and they were getting wet. The large box was left behind and I was told that it would be collected the following day by the surveyor. This didn't happen and I contacted the project manager who advised that he had been busy. I decided to dismantle the box myseelf as the wood would come in useful. (The pallet has been used to raise one of my water butts and the sides and top will fitted to the rafters in the garage to enable me to have better storage up there).

So all in all it was perfect I could just have done with a bit more hands on advise initially as tis did cause my Pod Point car charger to fail one night. Apparently Pod Point told me I should have contacted them to adjust the setting to ensure the Pod Point would not trip. Just a minor point but of course it did trip on the Bank Holiday weekend.

I have been using the battery for a month now with no issues, complaints and already it is saving me money as well as supplying my home with cheep electricity all day.

I have had my heat pump now for quite a few years.wouldnt be without it now!
For evenings that are a bit chilly but don't want to put heating on, for those days in summer when the heat becomes too much. Within 30 minutes, for either use, you have a very comfortable room.
The guys that fitted it were friendly and cleaned up afterwards. No problem at all.

We have had this system in our house since 2016 with no issues & only once did it need a new digital display in March 2023, so the engineer replaced that part & did a full service on it. I can recommend this company & their product.

Our experience with WiseGreen Energy has been exemplary from start to finish with the installation of solar panels and battery. All the staff and subcontractors we came into contact with were knowledgeable, helpful and very tidy. So far, all is working well. We would not hesitate to recommend the company to friends and neighbours.

I was very positive about WGE when they installed solar panels and a battery in 2022. Today I found I needed some paperwork in connection with an application to sell surplus solar energy back to the grid. I emailed WGE this morning, asking for what I needed. I had a "we are on to it" response within half an hour and the relevant papers were emailed this afternoon. Doing work well is one this, but aftersales' service like this is something else - and, I would argue, rare. Thank you WGE (and Alex there).

I invited this company to give me a quote for battery and solar. They sent a really nice guy round - Elton. He measured and checked everything and spent time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. I had a few technical questions that he did not have the answer to but quickly followed up with an email later in the day with the answers. At all stages of the inquiry the the office staff and Elton were a pleasure to deal with and were certainly one of the best companies that we dealt with whilst investigating Solar.

So far we have only had a quote. We were uncertain before hand if it was the right time for us, but we were assured on first contact that they would appreciate the opportunity to survey the property and discuss with us potential options for us to have a solar system with battery installed, and that there would be no pushy sale.
When Elton arrived he was polite, knowledgeable about the products which he was proposing, he was thorough about the survey and his proposal was exactly what I had been hoping for.
We have chosen not to proceed with the installation at this time as we may not be staying in the property and until that is resolved we will hold fire. What has impressed me the most, beyond the quality of service so far, is the attitude which they have taken to our turning down the offer. There was no pushy sales technique on the evening of the visit, and Elton's response to my "not now thank you" was completely understanding and an open invitation to please bear them in mind if the situation changes. That scores 5 stars for me all day long.

After deciding to have solar panels fitted I went on a search engine and received quotations from all over the country, with several companies promising they could do all the work in 1 day without the use of a scaffold. I realised that most companies were using Chinese equipment and, as part of my due diligence, found the equipment was on a lower quality to the products quoted by Wise Green Energy.
I was very impressed by Simon Palmer’s patience when he visited to ascertain our requirements, explaining the various options, before drawing up the quotation.
We had 16 panels of European manufacture and British made inverter, battery, i-boost (for our immersion heater) and an EPS (power socket directly off the battery to give electricity during power cuts). Simon explained that they deliberately don’t hold a stock of equipment so they can use the most “up to date” technology for their customers.
Simon passed our installation to the Project Manager Andrew Flatman and Andrew was extremely helpful working around our difficult access arrangements. (We can not be at home for 3 days a week). Andrew arranged for the scaffold to be erected and the equipment delivered into our garage in our absence. The scaffold was a “text book” safe scaffold and enabled the trades people to work carefully without any fear of falling. The roofers, Daniel and Anthony, arrived at 8am on the day that we were home and by the end of the day they had all the brackets set out very neatly and the fixing bars were all levelled in. They returned the following day with 2 electricians and the system was up and running by 4pm that evening. The electricians loaded the monitoring App onto our phones and iPads and carefully explained how to use the App.
It has been operational for almost 4 weeks and, even in this rainy October weather, we are in credit with the power supplier as we are being paid for over 240Kwh of surplus electricity that we have exported to the grid.
Wise Green Energy were not the cheapest company but the quality of the equipment was the best and their workforce were not under time constraints, allowing them to do a lovely neat job. We are extremely pleased that we chose Wise Green

Like many homeowners the cost of energy was becoming a real concern so the time had come to take back control and take some positive action in reducing energy costs ! When doing our research we came across quite a few local companies and did our due diligence, back ground checks and arranged some quotes. From these subsequent visits one company stood out from the rest ! Wise Green Energy. Simon couldn’t have been more helpful. I'm no tech expert but he fully explained how the technology works, and helped us select the right system for our property and budget. No big sales push, just friendly advice and support which is what we needed above all else. Not going to lie, their quote was not the cheapest, however when you consider the investment, we needed to be sure that there was good aftercare support just in case we needed some help if something went wrong. No point spending this kind of money if the company that installed it won’t take calls or address and technical issues. We met a few companies and were not confident they could offer the same level of aftercare that was assured from Wise Green Energy, and that was really important to us. The good news is that the installers were great, super-fast and friendly and took time to explain things to us before leaving, ensuring we were happy with how things worked etc. Luckily we've not had any issues since installation so no need to call Wise Green Energy back, however we've received further calls from them just to "check in" to make sure we are still happy months after the cheque has cleared, which is really great customer care ! In conclusion. You get what you pay for ! Yes there are cheaper options out there, but for us, Wise Green Energy was the standout company and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Wise Green Energy are a very nice and efficient company to deal with. We purchased a full solar and battery installation from them after discussing proposals with their local surveyor. He produced a very detailed survey for a difficult installation in an old cottage. The scaffolders and installers were really nice and very professional. Not a single problem throughout.
This was a no pressure, pleasant and hassle free experience. Well done all at WGE.

From beginning to end of my solar panel and battery installation everybody from WiseGreen Energy has been super efficient and responsive in every way. The installation was quick and clean, and the follow-up procedures could not have been better.

Was interest in Solar panels and had James round from Wisegreen Energy and were our house was located he advised not suitable and would not see benefit from the outlay , how many company's are that honest these days , would recommend then to anyone to give a honest assessment wither worth investing in renewable energy

An impressively trustworthy and efficient company, Wise Green Energy supplied and fitted our house with rooftop solar panels, battery and inverter. Their system works well and would merit five stars. The workings of their otherwise handy Solarman mobile phone app are still a bit of a mystery.

Very pleased with our solar and battery installation. Sales Team were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. All solar installers are extremely busy, however, the project management team successfully delivered within schedule. They promptly reacted to equipment supply issues, sourcing premium alternatives. The installation team were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, successfully completing the install in half a day, A month on, the system is generating power as per their estimate.
