How refreshing to find that good advice and service still exist! I had been researching Electric solar panels for a couple of years (we already have a wet HW solar installation)
Wise Green Technical sales (Elton) arrived on time as planned and talked us through which system was best for us. He answered my many questions politely and concisely with no hard sell/special-offers-on-the-day at all.
Their staff and external contractors all arrived on site over the install period days on time and with all the materials needed for a smooth job through to completion. (It's taken longer to get a smart meter installed than this whole job!) Other Solar installers take note - this is how it should be done - this project has restored my faith in local workmanship. No problem in recommending them to other prospective clients.

Wise Green Energy were courteous and helpful in enabling us to choose the right domestic battery and car charger. Their personnel are skilled and ready to share their advice. The installation was done efficiently and on time.

I had solar panels installed over the summer using Wise Green Energy. My experience with the company was excellent from start to finish. The initial consultation was informative and I was provided with all the information in writing to consider before going ahead. There were some delays with supplies and then the weather further delayed installation. I was kept up to date throughout all of this and my project manager tried to ensure that dirusption was kept to a minimum.

WGE installed a solar-assisted heat panel for me a few years ago. A recent blip in its operation led me to call them in to investigate. This turned out to be a temporary fault that required no remedial action but their investigating engineer (Kevin) noticed that the hot water side of our system lacked an expansion vessel. He has since installed one (at a very reasonable price) and the happy by-product is that our bathroom shower no longer drips.Excellent work from Kevin and I wholeheartedly recommend WSE.

I was pleased with the service we received. There was no hard sell and plenty opportunity to ask questions and time to make our decision. A programme was put on our phone and computer so we can see how the battery is working

We already had 10 PV panels and wanted to get the added benefit of home storage. The GivEnergy 9.5kWh battery system installed by this company is ideal, both allowing solar top up from the panels and overnight cheap charging to make up any shortfall. Everything worked pretty much straight away and we are very pleased with the service.
