Initially very pleased with the firm and impressed with the work although carried out by subcontractors However the power produced is only just over half the 4kw I was expecting. Initially I thought that was just the way it was until a friend installed solar and got 4kw from day 1. I have contacted Wise on several occasions and the staff initially have said they will look into it but in then goes quiet and because the system is now over 1 year old they want to charge £250 + vat to come and look. The only good point is the facility to charge the batteries on cheaper electricity overnight in the winter. I would NOT invest in this again. My experience with Wise is over the last year trying to sort something out

From the very first conversation to the final installation, my experience with Wise Green has been nothing short of exceptional.

My initial point of contact was Elton, who took the time to clearly explain the benefits of solar energy and walked me through his recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and what I really appreciated was that there was absolutely no pressure — just genuine, helpful expertise.

From that point on, every single interaction I had with the team was outstanding. The project manager (Andrew), scaffolders, surveyors who carried out the property assessment, the engineers who fitted the panels, and the electricians — every one of them was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. The office staff were equally a pleasure to speak too.

I had been considering making the switch to solar for a couple of years, and I'm so glad I finally made the decision. I'm already seeing the benefits! I do have one confession though — I've become completely obsessed with the app! Tracking the energy generation has become something of a daily highlight, which I suspect says it all really.

It's rare to find a company where every touchpoint, from first enquiry through to completed installation, is consistently excellent — but Wise Green absolutely delivers on that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering making the switch to solar energy. Five stars, without question!

We are very happy with our solar panels and battery as supplied and fitted by Wise Green Energy. From our very first phone call to liaising with the Project Manager, right through to the installers and the electrician, every single person we have dealt with has been polite, helpful, patient and professional, each one taking the time to explain everything to us and nothing has been too much trouble. The panels look very sleek and the guys left everywhere clean and tidy.
There was a slight delay in obtaining the equipment due to the Middle East conflict, but this was outside of Wise Green’s control and they kept us informed throughout, even offering a slightly more expensive product at no extra cost to minimise delays.

I can highly recommend Wise Green Energy. I'd been looking to install solar panels for sometime, and after receiving several quotes and being let down by another company I decided to go local. I wasn't disappointed. I had solar panels, and a battery fitted. They were excellent, very knowledgeable and put the customer at the heart of what they do. I had no worries at all and was left feeling reassured that I had made the right decision. The after care support was perfect too. The price was fair, and yes you can buy cheaper, but I felt the small difference was more than worth it. Too many people to thank, but as a team I can't fault them.

An acquaintance had mentioned that they had used Wise Green Energy for their solar installation and was very pleased with the service they had.  As they were a local company we made an appointment for someone to visit and advise us on Solar Energy and how much a system would cost.  We were impressed at how professional Elton was, and as the quotation provided for a system of 12 panels, inverter and battery storage was within our budget, we didn’t bother to get quotes from anybody else.  All of the team, surveyors, scaffolders, installers, electricians were polite, approachable  and professional from start to finish. All of the equipment has been installed very neatly and rubbish removed. There were no hiccups, no delays and no hidden extra costs, but the best of all is that after installation they are still there to support us.

Everything was put up and installed over 3-4 days and the scaffolding was removed a few days later.

We had our solar panels fitted this week.
Firstly the process went smoothly, everything was planned by the company and there was no stress on our behalf.
The scaffolding company were professional, made sure the scaffolding was up before the solar panel installation date.
The solar panels were delivered and secured safely without any damage to the property.
Then the solar panels were installed, again the men doing this were very professional and helpful. The panels look great, I’m really happy with how they look.
Lastly, the electricians did a great job, and made sure the battery was put in a suitable place.
In all a great experience, and when needed the electricians have kept in contact for help!

I recently had solar panels and a Tesla battery installed by Wise Green, the Installation was carried out to good standard and I'm very pleased with the overall quality of work. There were a few minor snagging issues but the project manager handled them promptly and effectively.

Overall, a positive experience and the company I'd happy to recommend.

From the first meeting with the salesman , Elton, to the point of paying the final completion payment , we found the company very approachable, friendly, and good to their word.

Wisegreen has been an excellent company to deal with, timely and efficient. Everyone involved from the office, the assessor to the installers have all been really pleasant and helpful. We now have 12 solar panels producing electricity even during the short winter days.

Having had solar panels fitted in 2018, it seemed wise to add a battery to make the most of the electricity generated by our 14 solar panels on a south facing roof. At the height of summer it can be as much as 30kwh. Having no storage battery much of this was exported at a low FIT rate,
Initially we contacted a supplier recommended by our county council to undertake the work. We found its communication poor and after asking for a photograph of our consumer unit, it suggested we needed a new consumer unit before work commenced without making a site visit. Having recently had a new unit fitted by a NICEIC electrician, we were not going to agree to that.
We then did what we should have done at first. We consulted WHICH and found its supplier for our area, Wisegreen Energy based in Wymondham. A visit swiftly followed and we assured that we did not need a new unit and the work was undertaken promptly and with care. Not only was the result excellent, the firm has helped us subsequently, firstly by constructing a schematic diagram of the system, which should have been provided the solar panel installer eight year's ago and more recently with the completion of the new FIT form required by Octopus. This is beyond what many contractors would do. We would recommend this firm unreservedly. Rarely have we had work to such a high standard and with excellent post installation support

Wise Green Energy recently fitted PV panels and battery storage to our property, and I have been very impressed from start to finish. The whole installation would have been completed in under 3 days, albeit for a change of supplier equipment which meant a part was missing but this was sourced and carried out the next working day.

All the guys, including the scaffolders were brilliant, friendly and courteous.
The system is up and running and even given we are in the depths of winter currently saving about a third on energy costs, but this will be more once I change to a more suitable tariff.

All in all, highly recommend, great bunch of people.

Wise Green were recommended to us by a family member. After a great visit and assessment by Simon we went ahead without getting other quotes.
We’ve had solar panels, a large battery and an air-source heat pump fitted by Wise Green and Climatec.
All the work done was highly professional. All the specialists (roofers, panel fitters, electricians, plumbers) were very approachable and always had time to explain what they were doing.
