Quality product delivered promptly. I was very impressed that there was a bespoke size service which was just what was needed. Very reasonably priced too! All round a really great experience.

Hi Sian,
Love to hear that the netting you have purchased from us has contained your Labrador!
As it's made of a strong, high tensile plastic, the option you went for is the most lightweight and economical netting to keep dogs safely contained, albeit it's not 100% dog proof. We're really glad it worked out for you.
We'd love to see the enclosure or run you have created for your Lab, so don't hesitate to drop us some photos if you'd like to share!
Kind regards,
Joy

Hoped it would be better for the price
No issue with the company or delivery, the wire was just very hard to work with and considering how much I paid for it I'd have expected it to be easier. However, it does the job of protecting my chickens from our other pets and any foxes that may visit, but we are going to have to add some more trim to the run so the overlaps are not compromised and it looks a bit neater.

Hi Andrea,
Thanks for your feedback!
We're sorry to hear that you've found the wire to be hard to work with.
Compared to chicken wire, welded wire mesh can be hard to work with in the beginning, but it can be straightened out, making it easier to handle.
For fox proof fencing the minimum wire diameter should be 14g, which would be 2mm.
We're glad to hear that the fence is keeping your chickens safe from other animals even with the encountered difficulties!
Hope the fence will be keeping your chickens safe.
Wishing you a great day!
Kind regards,
Geza

Product is fine, customer service is not
The product is fine and does the job. I didn't have issue with the quality (though I also used a competitor and couldn’t tell the difference).
However the customer service and issue resolution has been well below expectations.
Some of the panels in my order were incorrectly sized by WireFence making them completely unusable. The lack of usable panels had a knock on effect of making filling the gabions much more time consuming, difficult and tedious.
I have had a long running back and forth with customer service about this with suggested resolutions including "cut it yourself". I have been left with £200 worth of useless metal that I have been offered a £20 refund on and told to dispose of myself. The refund offered is paltry considering this was their error, not mine.

Hi Jonny,
Thank you for the feedback!
The stone separating panels haven't all been cut to the correct sizes to allow the support panels to fit into the baskets, which was a warehouse mistake and for which we take full responsibility for.
However, unfortunately you have already cut and used the panels that you have received uncut, leaving us with only a few options that we could offer as resolutions.
We are happy to take back any products that were incorrectly described or packed, and replace them with the correct ones. I'm afraid this means we need to be able to collect the original items unused and in original condition, as per our Refund Policy: https://www.wirefence.co.uk/delivery-and-returns/#returns
Since this wasn't an option, we were only able to offer some advice on how you could still use them to front fill your gabions fairly easily, or alternatively on how you can dispose of them in a way that would be beneficial to others.
The partial refund we were able to offer was equivalent to the cutting fee for the uncut panels, based on the fact that they were not processed correctly at the warehouse.
We appreciate your constructive feedback and we can assure you, we have since implemented changes in our processes to avoid similar situations in the future.
Hope this helps clear things up and please don't hesitate to get in touch via email if you have any further concerns!
Kind regards,
Joy
