Used The Radiator Company in 2009 -2011 to provide high end radiators on a large property renovation.

17 years later, am renovating one of the bathrooms. Needed to know the accurate specifications and mounting details.

Reached out to Sue, and a few days later she returned with the detailed diagrams from the 2009 catalogue.

The Radiator Company are current manufacturer and retailer for Ancona Radiators. I needed to replace an Ancona radiator but had not bought from the Ancona Range for some time so I needed some help. On line support was exceptional , excellent technical and product knowledge and our communication walked me through size , colour and finish. Once ordered communication on order progress was clear and concise with confirmation of order , manufacturing completion and finally delivery with a 2 hour time slot .
All in all a very satisfying experience and I cannot think of any aspect that could be improved. We have 17 Ancona radiators in our home and if we need to replace another I know where to go.

Ordering was relatively simple and the radiator arrived in good time. My only quibble would be that the customisation and ordering process didn't make it clear that valves weren't included, so I had to order valves from another company that was able to do next day delivery. I have had numerous compliments on the design and colour. It looks lovely.

Kept me updated with delivery date radiators came when they said they would and undamaged.
