The Bed Shop Omdömen

Swift and quick use on website. Guys in the shop are always helpful and eager to please. 2nd time customer and happily recommend

I've been shopping with The Bed Shop for 30 years, got from them four double firm mattresses, a sofa, several pillows, a single mattress, etc. and I was never disappointed. Great quality, excellent customer service, reasonable prices and timely delivery. You can order in the shop as well as through their website portal, always very convenient. Highly recommended.

Very helpful service and a super product!

Great service. Very happy and highly recommend

First class service all round

Very pleased with the mattress i bought. Very firm, and very affordable. Customer Service 10/10, so friendly and helpful. Was recommended to me, and they were right! Delivery guys were also delightful.

Easy online buying. Clear pricing and product descriptions. Able to respond to Confirmation email with a query about old mattress uplift. Phone call the following morning from The Bed Shop to add mattress uplift to order and choose delivery date. Great customer service. Goods arrived within afternoon delivery window and placed in the appropriate rooms by delivery men. Very happy with whole buying process. Highly recommend

Nice welcome from staff, gave appropriate advice on my bed choice and offered different options without resorting to any kind of “pushy” sales tactics. Delivery was pretty swift and timescale met.

Arrived on time , delivered mattress and gave us instructions to allow mattress to expand into correct shape .

Very helpful staff - competitively priced. Already recommended to friends & family. I wont be going anywhere else for any future purchase.

Seamlessly delivered and unpacked. Great service and a great mattress at a great price.

Very welcoming staff. My wife and I were served by Gordon, who was informative, patient, and gave us space to take our time with trying each bed and talking with each other. We made the order for our bed online after two weeks, once we had considered a few other factors. Bed arrived another two weeks or so after that with no issues.

I have bought many beds from The Bed Shop over the years for my rental business. They always offer great service and the beds have lasted really well. I highly recommend this company.

Good, professional communication along with helpful and timely delivery.

Exellent experiance, truly amazing! Since visit shop to the very end of delivery. The team was very helpful and I wish every place would have staff like The Bed Shop

Fantastic service and quality beds.
I went down to the shop and discussed my requirements for a new bed. I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff and ordered straight away. It was delivered, assembled very quickly and the guys removed my old bed and disposed it. I highly recommend The Bed Shop at Bonnington Road.

Thanks guys, the bed is fantastic.

Excellent service from this family firm.
I had to buy without seeing as I live out of Edinburgh for some of the time and Gordon was extremely helpful accommodating the times I was available.
The guys putting the beds in and away were polite and helpful.
All great.
I would highly recommend this company.
