The Bed Shop Omdömen

Brilliant Independent Business! Never any problems.

I’ve bought from the bed shop before so knew I would be getting quality of service and product. Craig was great to deal with - immediate and helpful replies to emails. An excellent service. Delivery and assembly great too - highly recommend.

A ordered a Which recommended Silent Night mattress, it had a large discount. I also paid almost £20 to have my old mattress taken away. I received an immediate call back confirming my order, and delivery date. The mattress was delivered when they said it would. Perfect service from a local business.

Excellent service yet again as a returning customer! Outstanding professionalism at every stage when I needed to adapt my order. No problem too big! I love the range of the products! Thank you to all the team! Claudia

The guys were very nice and helpful.

It was a great company to order from. Very helpful and friendly.
They kept me updated on my delivery, and it arrived on time.
I am very happy with my new mattress.

From visiting the showroom to final delivery I was impressed at every stage. The showroom and delivery staff were great. Friendly, and knew their stuff. They phoned a few times to confirm details I had missed about fabric choices and kept me up to date about exactly when my delivery would arrive.

Their prices were good. I got a decent sale offer, and my old bed and frame were removed on the day with no hassle.

Would easily recommend. For big purchases they gave me real peace of mind.

Friendly service. Good quality products.

Very good service. Staff polite, friendly and professional, would recommend

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Gordon and staff for arranging my replacement bed so promptly and to the delivery men for their delivery today. I really appreciate all your help and attention and I am delighted with my new bed thank you Lorna Daniel

Great service and communication. We are very pleased with our purchase. Thanks!

The Bed Shop were very accommodating regarding delivery times and were happy to cancel a request for recycling, for which they also gave a quick refund. The bed and mattress were also excellent quality and as advertised. This review would have been 5 Stars except that the bed central bar was rather strangely too long and needed sawing to length - clearly not the fault of the Bed Shop, but it did affect the overall experience. Would definitely recommend again!!

We bought a mattress from here very recently, and we were so happy with the amazing service. A really helpful, friendly and knowledgable gentleman helped us find what we were looking for, we were really impressed and we had a lovely experience. So happy with our new mattress, and how smooth the process was. Would recommend The Bed Shop to anybody!

Excellent service from start to finish. Fabulous quality new mattress at a great price. Thank you.

Very helpful team, especially Gordon, who answered to my questions outside of working hours.
Quick delivery with no issues.

Helpful delivery men. Lovely furniture. Very pleased.

Using a local firm made placing an order from overseas for bedroom furniture to be delivered to a house in Edinburgh easy. The Bed Shop was able to deliver on the day we needed at the time we needed and to manage the complexity of international payment. Really fantastic and personal service - thanks to all the team!

While on holiday a bed broke in flat I rent out. I called the shop to ask if they could help with replacement. In a 10 minute call I arranged to buy a replacement and organised for the bed to be delivered within 2hr window the next day. They also arranged to dismantle and remove the old bed and build the new bed Fantastic service.
