WineOnline.ie Omdömen

I sent in my first order and am very pleased with the service.
All promises were fulfilled and I will definitely use this on line service again. Very exciting

A slight mix up meant I initially didn’t receive the correct order but this was rectified and the correct wine received.

Easy ordering and fast delivery. Has wine we can't get elsewhere. Very happy with service

Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff with really good offers. The wine selection is excellent and the advice when asked is really brilliant. No hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Great service you were happy to deal with any request made and promptly having given you short enough notice.

I came across Wine Online.ie by chance a few weeks ago when I was sourcing a wine I got on holidays.I will continue to shop with Wine Online, they provide great choice & value, fast delivery service & staff are so helpful!

My order arrived precisely on the birthday of gift's recipient, and he was utterly delighted with the box set of Bordeaux wines.

The customer service I received was excellent.

This was a simple and easy transaction and the wine I'm told by the recipient was very nice. Delivery was quick and reasonable, will use again. It's great to see a family business doing well.

All very straight forward. Collected at their warehouse.

No problems, all as expected. Thank you

Easy from start to finish. Purchased two bottles of whispering angel and received them really quickly. They were wrapped up well so no breakage. Plus I really liked the personalized emails they send thanking you for buying with them. Will definitely order from here again!

Excellent service, will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Placing the order was easy and there was good, efficient customer service when I made contact regarding delivery. If a wine was not available other similar alternatives were offered. The next time I place an order I will opt to collect it from the warehouse as the delivery was delayed mainly due to the delivery company. If you are at work or are staying home with things to do it wouldn’t be an issue. However, I spent 3 days waiting for a delivery at home when I needed to go out and do things so it was an inconvenience. The wine has been very good and I particularly like the Greywacke Pinot Gris.

Excellent customer service as always. Fantastic wines and a pleasure to deal with.

Swift Delivery.. It on took 2 days from the order on the Phone to delivery in Dublin.. However The Delivery Person.. Very Slovenly.. He/She left the Wine at the bottom of The Green Bin Outside.. which is very poor.. as I left specific instructions to leave with either of the neighbors.

It was very hard to find someone who delivered Dingle Gin so I was delighted when I found this. As a first time customer, I was very happy with the service. The item arrived on time and the packaging was great. The recipient was delighted with their gift and has already dug into the delicious gin! Will certainly order this again.
