Complete con. Not a London Company. Ships from China. Ordered two shirts. When the came they were 3 sizes too small. They asked for £22 as shipping costs to correct their error! They sent two more as replacements. One was correct size I ordered, the other exactly the same 3 sizes too small. I await a refund.

Ordered 2 Quinley ladies shirts. Took 2 weeks to arrive in tiny bag no attached tags, cheap looking, poorly made with loose stitching, made our of polyester. I had stupidly expected linen! Have so far sent 3 emails to ask for return information but no response. Looking at earlier reviews, oh how I wish I had checked these before purchasing, it looks like it won't be worth paying for postage to return to China. What a disappointment when the Website looked so promising. I shall not be buying anything else from this company.

Cheap fabric at high prices, returns made practically impossible a cost of $30-$50 is charged for returns, a small discount is offered to keep the item, even then it is expensive tat of poor quality. The name of the company implies a British company it is in actual fact Chinese. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Beware Scam website from china. Using AI images and then you receive a cheap weird product. When you try and return you receive a series of scam emails ordering 10% back. Nothing to do with the UK, based in china and no return policy. Have reported them , do not use

Ordered 3 items - they took ages to arrive and when they did, they did not look like the pictures and the shoes were the wrong size. I requested return instructions and they emailed me trying to fob me off with discounts and keeping the products but for more money if I wanted the correct size shoes! When I insisted on returning the items for my money back they offered me 40% of the cost - wish I had read other reviews first - would never had used this scam of a conpany! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Do not go near this company. The clothes are cheap & tacky and they will not accept returns. Will try to offer you discounts. Never a full refund. One of the items I bought had a pen mark on, still no refund. Trading Standards can’t touch them as US based, but fortunately I had used a credit card. If you insist on returning items they charge $30-50 USD per item. Awful company.

I ordered some shorts for my husband in XL they wouldn’t even fit a 10 year old. They are cheap material and nothing like photo advertising the product. This is clear misrepresentation and not even had the sense to price the product as cheap as it actually looks. They need to be reported for false advertising.
Please avoid i wish i had read these reviews first. avoid

AVOID! If I could have given zero stars I would have! Totally misleading and utterly poor quality. Ordered a dress in two sizes for choice. They took over 2 weeks to arrive (I wasn’t aware they were shipped from USA). When they arrived they were supposed to be the same dress but looked so different, material was different, colours were different, even the style was slightly different and neither one of the was anything like the picture on the website.
Upon trying to return for refund I was told because their central shipping warehouse is in US, returns could cost between $30-$50 PER ITEM and the returns form makes you list each item! My order cost £71. By way of resolve they offered me 10% cashback and keep items (the items are horrendous so that is of no gain)! Or a percentage to spend online. I replied explaining I had felt scammed and was then offered 20% (of the value of order) cashback so £14-£15 or 100% value of order to spend on their website!
I’m still at loggerheads with them and am in contact with the UKICC as these people should not be trading and certainly should have to be more transparent with the returns procedure and how their products look nothing like advertised! I wish I could upload pictures

My wife purchased 17 items - dresses etc and when they eventually arrived the quality was poor. There were no brand labels on any garment, 95% cotton labels were obviously polyester, material was so flimsy and zips poorly sewed in. When requested a return they just offered 30% off next order etc. customer care emails were obviously from someone in China and not London as implied.
The company is a total scam - avoid at all costs. There are other websites such as Aussie Vogue which are the same company under a different name. Stick to well known websites!!

They sent the wrong size shoes out to me and now are offering a partial refund and insisting I pay the return fee! Piss poor customer services!!

Delay in order arriving as it is apparent this business, despite suggesting otherwise, has no UK footprint and ships direct from China.
The quality of the two pairs of cargo shorts were woeful. The material and colour bared no resemblance as to what I ordered with the sizing (Large) being akin to children's sizing.
However, the worst part as to this business is attempting to obtain a refund. Contrary to their advertisement of a 30 day full refund they will obfuscate in honoring this pledge, as other reviewers have stated, by offering escalating partial refunds with you keeping the product and deterring you from sending the products back by highlighting $30 return shipping costs per item.
Having been insistent that I wish for a refund they have now gone cold on me.

Do not use! Ordered a £29.95 blouse which was awful quality and nothing like what was pictured on the website. Emailed them to return the item. They offered 20% refund or 100% store credit to which I declined asking for a returns label and full refund. They advised they can do 30% refund or I can return the item but there would be a £30-£50 charge and I had to complete a form before they would give me a return address. I again declined asking for a full refund and stated that on the website it says 30 day money back guarantee. I contacted my bank to complete a charge back and have received my money back. I just had to provide evidence.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with .The item was far too large so asked for instructions to return as per website. They offered alternative item but I requested return & refund .I have had no reply following several emails from me .I'm at a loss now !!!!

I placed a joint order for myself and my wife which saved us paying for separate delivery. Her dress and my shirts all arrived together after 10 days. Everything was folded properly and the sizes were close to what we expected. It made online shopping feel far less troublesome than usual.

Appalling Company, they are a total con and I cant believe companies like this are allowed to trade, the clothes are awful quality, and enormous and they won't let you return them despite saying they will if you contact them then they want to charge huge amounts to do so. Total Con do not buy from them they are basically stealing your money.

My experience with Wilson & Carter has been extremely disappointing.

I received a product that did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and fit, so I decided to exercise my right to return it. On their website, they advertise “Easy Returns” and a “hassle-free return policy,” which gives the impression that the return process is simple and straightforward. However, only after requesting a return was I informed that I would have to ship the item to an international warehouse overseas at my own expense, with shipping costs estimated at $40–$50 or even more, in addition to possible customs delays and other complications.

This information is not clearly disclosed in their return policy. The policy simply states that “the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs,” but it does not specify that the return must be sent overseas at such a significant cost, making it impractical and, in many cases, more expensive than it is worth.

Instead of allowing me to return the item for a full refund, I was offered only two alternatives: receive a replacement item or accept a 15% partial refund while keeping the product. In my opinion, this is not a fair solution when a customer simply wants to return an item and receive the full refund promised under the return policy.

I feel that the information presented on the website is misleading because it promotes an easy and hassle-free return process while failing to clearly disclose the actual costs and difficulties involved.

For this reason, I will never purchase from this company again, and I encourage anyone considering buying from them to read the return policy very carefully and be aware of the potential costs and complications if they need to return an item.

I hope the company will revise its return policy to make it fully transparent by clearly stating, before purchase, where returned items must be shipped and what customers can realistically expect to pay for return shipping.
