My dress was a piece of garbage, the material was itchy and cheap . It showed sparkle on the dress and it had none , it was a complete scam . I got screwed by $75.00 as the cost to mail back was $76.00 . They say refunds are easy but they are wrong and stay clear from
Willow and Maple . You will regret it ! I wish I would have know but got scammed . Some people /companies are so ignorant and don’t stand for the customer. I just lost $75.00 , never again ! Stay clear from this company!! 🛑 don’t buy !!!

Received a dress shipped from China. Very cheap material. No tags on the dress and it had a hole in the front of the dress. Sent them an email right away with pictures and video but they only wanted to give me 10% discount to keep the dress. I said I want to return it for a refund, but the only way to get a refund is I had to ship it back at my expense. So I have to dish out money to ship this defective dress back to China so I can get my money back. They do not want to take any responsibility for sending what seems like a previously worn item. DO NOT BUY!!!

I had no idea this was a website front for a Chinese operation. The quality of the blouse is inferior, the colour was supposed to be red it is rust. I tried to return it for refund and was told to mail it back to China at my expense. This is nothing but a well designed scam.
I was taken in and my money wasted. Beware.

Was scared to order because i did not know if the prices were US prices or CA prices since it did not mention anywhere on the website, I contacted support and they reassured me that all prices are in Cad Dollars reason i thought they were us prices is because everything is so cheap if you compare it to other brands fast forward 1week the pieces arrived today and i am really shocked how expensive the quality feels when it was not that expensive. excited to order again!

Great advertisement and products also very reasonable prices. There are so many offers that I rarely see in Canada you can really tell this company is not here to profit from you with the discounts they offer during this season have not seen this anywhere else. It was hard to keep my purchase to only 5 items.

The dress I ordered was beautiful ! love it so much. Only issue is that its a little too small I am currently in contact with customer service to exchange for a bigger size. Wish me luck!!!

Customer service do not reply after 4 attenps, inventory come's from Asia. Like shein and Halara, but this one... no reply, can not cancel 8 days to process a pair of shoes. Request to cancel order since it is not ship. Nope... pretty much à crappy industry. Do not buy here...

I ordered 4 tops and 2 dresses after 3 days my order did not arrive like mentioned on their website, i emailed the company, they apologized for the delay and prioritized my order and it came a day later i love every single piece they're all so unique, i normally do not post reviews but my expereince was so wonderfull I just had to leave a review.

easy to navigate the collections were nicely done, checkout was really simple in comparison to some other brands.... If the quality is good and my purchase fits, I will be a regular customer.

Best customer service, I needed to return a few tops because the sizing wasn't right for me , and the support team was really helpful. They offered multiple refund options and even let me keep the items instead of sending them back. Their response was super fast. truly recommend this company.
