I know I know everyone loves Lulu but this athletic top is half the price and performs just as well. The four-way stretch is comparable, the seams don't chafe, and the colour selection is actually better. Sorry not sorry Lulu.

The slightly cropped length is perfect - shows just a sliver of skin with high-waisted pants but isn't uncomfortably short. The ribbed knit is thick and cozy. Bought it in the cream and now I want the terracotta. Fall staple for sure.

When you're wearing a Canada Goose parka you need thin layers underneath or you'll roast on the TTC. This tissue-weight tee is ideal - barely adds bulk but still covers everything. Great under chunky knits too.

Love the style of this peasant blouse but the elastic at the wrists cuts into my arms and leaves marks. I don't have particularly large wrists either. The body of the blouse is flowy and beautiful but those wrist cuffs need a redesign.

Needed a dress for the Calgary Stampede that worked with cowboy boots and this denim number is IT. The snap buttons down the front give it that Western vibe and the belted waist is actually flattering. Yee-haw indeed.

Nothing fancy just a solid black dress that i can dress up or down. The fabric has some weight to it which i appreciate, no see through nonsense. I rotate between this and two other dresses for work. Its held up through probably 50 washes now.

The velvet is gorgeous - deep emerald green - and it fits like it was tailored for me. Wore it to our office party in downtown Calgary and felt like a million bucks. The long sleeves are great for December and the back detail is just enough sexy..

My friend let us pick our own dresses in blush and I found this gem. The chiffon is high quality, the ruching is genuinely flattering (not just 'bridesmaid flattering'), and I'll actually wear this again. Wore it to a rehearsal dinner in Niagara-on-the-Lake too.

Thought I'd be cute wearing a dress on the trails. Spoiler: I was not. The skirt kept blowing up, the fabric stuck to my legs when I sweated, and it offered zero protection from bugs. It IS a cute dress for literally any other occasion though.

I normally wear an 8 in Canadian sizing and the 8 was swimming on me. Exchanged for a 6 and it fits much better. The material is nice - a substantial ponte knit - and the structure holds up well throughout the day. Just size down.

Red and white obviously but in a classy way - it's a red fit-and-flare with white piping details. Wore it to the fireworks on Parliament Hill and it was festive without being tacky. The cotton is breathable for July heat. Love love love.
