Could not recommend more!
Booked this for my partner's daughter who has recently got into mushrooms and foraging. Four of us went and had the best time! I was interested to learn but didn't have any particular interest in foraging before. However, Fabio was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable that you couldn't help but take a keen interest. The course is absolutely brilliant and so varied. We walk around a small common and woodland area and even though it was the beginning of the foraging season, Fabio found so much for us to learn about and see. Giving us some elderflower tea and hogweed soup inbetween foraging was a great touch....and absolutely delicious. Cooking a meal from our foraged goods at the end was so exciting to see and really made the day! Great people and excellent company. Could not recommend more!

A highlight of our year!
We've now done two courses with this amazing company - April foraging and Autumn mushrooms. Tghe knowledge and enthusiasm these people have is second to none - merely walking with them in the countryside would be fun enough, but to be shown so many varieties of Nature's free food was eye (and jaw!) opening! Oh and the grub at the end was just fantastic!
We will be with them again next year - and ha ve already recommended threm to family and friends. THE perfect Christmas present to young and old!

Fabulous foraging fun
Spent a wonderful afternoon with my wife on the Bridgnorth (Shropshire) foraging course led by Eric who 'brought the woods alive' with his knowledge of the wild plants and fungi around. Some clear do's and don't pointers provide us with the confidence for safer next steps into this free food world. Thank you Eric for an informative and fun afternoon with some tasty treats along the way.
Highly recommended and we'll be on another course soon!
