Took my ten year old granddaughter to Manhattan in August 2025. Had five sites selected. Found the correct lines for vouchers when needed. Very efficient operations. Pre-purchase is especially important for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

Highly recommend the packages for ease of access. Good money well spent.

It is the only company that operates tours to Liberty Island, so you don’t have a choice. They are understaffed, with a single employee at the end of the queue telling you where to go and they couldn’t care less.
The worst experience of our trip to New York was caused by the employee telling us to form another queue on the left all the way to the front (to make room for more people coming in after security, I assume due to space being reduced by construction works in the park). Although I did tell him people might get upset, he said we should tell people he told us to go, and we did, but this crazy guy in line when we stopped started yelling slurs at us and didn’t even want to listen to our explanation. Seconds after that, the line started to move forward into the boat, so going back to bring the employee who told us to go in front wasn’t an option. No police or security in sight at boarding or arrival, just the guy in the back and then the employees rushing people in on the boat so that they can lift the bridge and set off. All-in-all, a situation caused by the lax approach of the employee who sent us in front, knowing that there is no other colleague of his to confirm to people that we didn’t just go forward on our own or to control any conflicts caused by his actions.
Train staff better to avoid conflict and ruin people’s holidays and employ more people to control crowds better. Will not be returning.

Per il mio primo viaggio a New York, ho acquistato dal loro sito il biglietto, della visita completa della statua della libera (piedistallo + corona) ad un ottimo prezzo e con un ottimo servizio, dato che i biglietto comprendeva la visita sulle 2 isole ( statua della libera e Ellis island) completo di traghetto andata e ritorno con partenza da new york. L'esperienza è stata fantastica e con molteplici orari di partenza dei traghetti, puoi gestirti a pieno I tempi per la visita sulle 2 isole per dedicarci il tempo necessario... Servizio eccellente... super soddisfatto

Creo que es una ventaja el poder acceder a una pagina o aplicacion para comprar boletos o entradas para diferentes atracciones sin tene que formarse y perder tiempo en taquilla(s), 5 estrellas.

Amazing experience

There were 10 of us from 3 households going to the Statue of Liberty together. We wanted to do the crown tour, but as we were limited to only 4 tickets per credit card and we didn't want some of us to be able to purchase tickets and others of us not (and then be separated during the tour), we waited a couple days until we could sit down in 2 different time zones with our respective households. By that time the tickets to the crown had sold out. This was irritating, but as only one of us had ever previously been to the crown (and one other of us had been to the pedestal) and the rest of us were all going for the first time, it was still a good experience. Off loading back at the dock on the NY side was very slow and hot and nauseating as the boat is rising and falling on the waves and everyone is crowded closely together. However, the experience was a good one overall. I just don't recommend going down to the first floor of the boat until everyone is off. Spare yourself the sea-sickness. Snacks, drinks, and mementos are for sale on the boat.

Awesome. Done 2 cruises with them. Both excellent. Great way to spend day or evening. Will do again.

This is a two-hour walking tour, no bathroom breaks or rest stops, so wear comfy shoes and check the weather. It was an incredible experience. Maddy is extremely knowledgeable and shares the area's history with such pathos and enthusiasm. Really, it was a terrific tour that gave me a real sense of some of the human lives that played out in this city.

We found all the staff we interacted with helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be back as our plans did not include enough time to see all we wanted to see. We definitely recommend spending the whole day between the two locations if you are history nuts like us!

We went on a lunch cruise on the Thames today for my sisters birthday, we called before booking to check accessibility as one of us uses a mobility scooter and this was fine, the staff were helpful and accommodating, the food was lovely, we would recommend this tour.
