Internet and Landline with Wildanet
I have my internet with Wildanet and it has operated flawlessly so far. I recently had a technical issue with the installation of my internet phone (landline). This was quickly and professionally resolved by Adriana Szymanska who talked me through the various steps until it was all up and running. Nice job, thanks

Appalling service
Appalling service, 3 1/2 months after applying still waiting for installation from a pole 50ft away, no communication whatsoever, have to keep ringing every couple of weeks to see what is happening, fobbed off with a different excuse each time. They even asked me to sign up my neighbours to make it worth their while to run a cable from the pole. Finally gave up and cancelled the order yesterday. My advice; AVOID

Andy our engineer called to say he'd be on the way. My husband asked to be 10 mins after time and he did this allowing me to make sure I was back.
Andy was very respectful in the home and even stayed to help me make sure my laptop would connect and didn't make me feel silly when I tried to connect to the wrong one.

Very efficient service all the way from initial meeting to installation.
Changing from my original BBand supplier was all taken care of by Wildernet.
The best part was Chloe who came to connect me up. She made sure all my home devices worked with the new Reuter before she left mine, I was thoroughly impressed.

Great final instalation
The final stage of installation was fantastic Jamie the engineer was very friendly polite and professional.
The 1st stage installation was not the greatest due to lack of communication and appointment times not kept but once the wildanet team were informed then 100%

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Nokia router and Nokia Beacon boosters are very god quality, easy to setup and work very well. Overall, Wildanet are very good to deal with.

Brilliant installation but promised…
Brilliant installation but promised phone adapter was overlooked & had to ring to ask where it was! A long time without landline ( even with phone line+) but broadband is good so far
