Do not buy form this company they are a bunch of thieves. You will never get a refund if you send it back, best to cut you losses and resell on Vinted, advised the correct sizes.

They promised me a refund and 2 months later I still haven't received it. What a joke.

Gone sent the wrong product had to pay for the rerun to china which was 50% of the purchase price and still haven’t received my refund complete rip off stay well away from this company

Olivia from customer services is useless so don’t think for a second that she’ll actually help you. The entire company is a scam. They’ll promise you a refund after delivering sh*t clothes but won’t ever send it. Everyone who’s been scammed by this disgusting website needs to take these dossers to court.

Bought outdoor clothing and shoes for my son. Both wrong sizes sent. Shoes were very plastic looking, and such awful quality for the price.
Return was back to China at a cost of £30, which was posted 4th October. Still no refund over a month later. Emails from same person at Customer service, saying it is being dealt with. Disgusted by this so called company, and out of pocket by £170 including return postage. I never leave reviews. I am extremely annoyed by this company along with many others.

DO NOT BUY! This so called company have scammed me of £60! They sent me the wrong parcel in the first place which was also 2 weeks late! Then offered me 20% off to keep them! I have since sent the parcel back to china for £26 out of my own pocket! This has been going on for over 2 months and no sign of any refund. Currently seeking legal action to get this company shut down!!!!! And yes I am a real person and have proof of this scam! See you in Court!

Do not buy anything from Wild Horizon. The quality is atrocious. I bought a waterproof jacket - a bin bag would have been better. The size is incorrect and it arrived late. I can’t return it as I have to send it to China. I am still waiting for a sleeping bag that appears to be stuck in China. The customer service just repeats the same thing with no action. I am disgusted by them.

The clothes took several weeks to arrive the site does not suggest they will be sent from china, it quotes they will be delivered by royal mail. I realised coming from china when i tried to track the delivery. When items arrived they were at least 2 sizes too big. I ordered small as I am size 8. A disclaimer card in parcel stated "to ensure the best fit" they had taken initiative to send a larger size than ordered and that they are designed according to international sizing standards. THIS IS NOT MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE and there is no sizing guide which you can refer to as usually happens when ordering from an overseas company. Company states if size does not fit you they offer an exchange or full refund. This is a lie, In fact they offered a 20% refund and i could keep the items!! The items don't fit me! The only option for full refund is to return them to China at your own expense. This is not made clear during ordering. In addition the return address on the parcel was in the UK but I was told i could not return items to that address. You also get no receipt or any other documentation relating to the items or returning them in the parcel. If you read the extensive returns policy you will eventually see a very tiny reference to you 'may' have to return items to China at your expense.
I believe this company is passing themselves off as uk based (company address on website is London). I have since read quite a few reviews with exactly same problems. I don't believe this company is working within the UK trading standards. To date i have not had any luck with getting a refund so am nearly £80 out of pocket.
One final thought, the site describes itself as a providing high quality "trecking gear" the clothes whilst of reasonable quality fabric are like every day clothes not the standard fabric you would buy from good quality hiking or outdoor pursuit shops. More like a stroll in the park on a warm day !

Think I’ve been had. Wrong Shoes arrived late, nothing like the ones ordered in nothing more than a cheap plastic bag. Said I could keep the product and they’d refund 20%. Still waiting, but not holding my breath. Wish I’d read the reviews first. Never again

Pretending to be a British company but is Chinese selling the same rubbish from
TEMU and Ali express at 10 x the cost.
XL Jacket and trousers ordered and wouldn’t fit a medium male never mind any bigger.
Sent items back which cost me £20, confirmed that they have received them and not had any refund still.
Taken it up with my bank and trading standards. Absolute Scam artists!!

I ordered a pair of cropped trousers in August 2025. When they arrived, delivery very slow, they were poor quality and way too big. I was told I would have to return them to China. The cost of postage prohibitive, offered a 20% refund on item, which has never arrived.

They are a total scam. I purchased carbon fibre walking poles but when they eventually turned up late they were a cheap aluminium alternative.
I contacted the ‘so called’ customer service dept who said I would have to return them to China for replacement. I agreed to keep them and opted for a 20% refund after which much chasing for and promised of payment I haven’t received.
It has now been over a month and I’ve concluded they won’t refund and are a total scamming company. BEWARE!!

OMG do not buy from Wild Horizon - they get you to send things back to China and do not pick up from the depot so you cannot claim back under Section 75. CROOKS!

Product not as described, arrived too late for my trip despite paying extra for fast delivery. Company misrepresents being UK based . For return I am expected to mail to China! A total rip off. On the wild horizon website it is not possible to leave a review. It is probable that their 'reviews' are automatically generated. If there was a 0 star rating I would give it.

This is a Scam do not order from them, pretend to be UK based, they are from Wuhan China, ordered a Heated Jacket Large, came scrunched in a ball wouldn’t even fit an 8 yr old, quality was atrocious, have been trying since End of August for a refund, same person answering the Email saying apologies for delay, still not got it and don’t think I will
Plus you have pay the postage with tracking information on returning goods 😡😡 sorry ever ordered from them, had suspicions when kept Emailing saying goods being despatched all the time

I ordered a pair of size 10.5 colour Grey Hiking Shoes.
They took 20 days to arrive to my house.
The shoes delivered were size 8.5 colour Brown.
They refused to pay for the refund for delivering a pair of shoes that were different to what i ordered (UK Consumer Law requires the selling company to pay for the return costs for incorrectly delivered products)... The reason they refused to pay for the return is THEY ARE NOT A UK REGISTERED COMPANY. THEY ARE REGISTERED IN CHINA.
They would only pay me a refund after I had returned the shoes at my cost! And they would only accept a return delivery if it was by International Tracked Post back to China... cost £26!

Avoid at all costs or it will cost you! My husband ordered size 10.5 trainers and received size 8.5 trainers instead! They took a few weeks to arrive, then the 'company' was very unhelpful. It would cost £25 to return the shoes to China and who knows if they would actually get there! Basically, they are refusing any help even though he did not receive what he ordered. The trainers cost him £65. Apart from incorrect sizing, the quality is poor. It is atrocious that such companies are advertising on Facebook and terrible that people are being taken in by them.

Awful sizing, awful exchange process, don’t reply to mails, pretends to be uk based but goods come from china. Don’t waste your time or money. Shame because the jacket was actually nice.

totally agree with all the poor reviews,it's a scam,thought they were British,they are not,sizes are ridiculous,no point in returning as I don't trust them to refund.Avoid
