Don’t pay for priority delivery - the parcel doesn’t even get processed before the delivery date and the deliveries are coming from China. It’s been over 2 weeks and my parcel still hasn’t been received and customer services have been unhelpful.

As per other reviews, totally different product supplied with a disclaimer stating that their team had taken the iniative to supply the wrong item!
Requested refund (as per the disclaimer note) but no response to any email. Telephone helpline is a recording telling you to contact via their help email (which they don't respond to)

This is not a UK business although they operate from a house in Cannock - all their product comes from China is cheap and nasty and the wrong size. If you return you are asked to post it back to an address in China at your own cost and you will never get your money back Someone should close this business down.

I'm more mad at myself for not reading the reviews on here first, something I usually always do when buying online.
My review could be word for word the same as some on here, waited weeks for delivery, on arrival notification of change in size to a larger one ordered, XL was obviously an XL for a XL 10 year old child!
Now being offererd the 20% refund for an item that is absolutely no use to me. Paid £75 for it so essentially giving them £60 for a garment that I wouldn't dare give to someone I knew for a present.
Seems this is their MO and obviously a scam company.
Im now waiting on the refund instructions which undoubtedly will be return to China for £35 for a refund I'll never see?

Ordered items totalling £68.00 - ordered a men’s medium, they delivered a men’s large and they are tiny. Items not well made, stitching coming undone. Offered to keep items for 20% reduction or spend £32 to return to china. Going to make a claim off credit card. I would avoid this company!

Terrible service.
The wrong size shoes arrived and they are making me pay for return postage...to China!
Even if the shoes had been the right size, they smelled horrible and rubbery and looked very cheap. We will see if they actually process my refund when I return them.

Absolutely awful! Do not buy from this so called company. I received a jacket that was too short in the arms and a sleeping bag that was ripped. I am trying to get a refund and keep getting fobbed off. They offered 20% off and said I could keep the goods, which was unacceptable as not fit for purpose.

Scammers,avoid at any cost!paid for boots fair price.Wrong one delivered after 2 weeks.Now something called Oliwia offers me 20%refund!The boots they have sent are worth 28 quids on Amazon!Case opened with trade standards and going to small claims Court soon.

Absolute con! Do not buy from here. As per the advise I bought in my usual size. I paid for express delivery. The item turned up nearly 2 weeks later, a disclaimer card said they had sized up to a medium as EU sizes don’t match their sizes-they hadn’t! Still sent a small. This wouldn’t even fit a 10 year old child.
Asked for returns label, they said they would give 20% refund and keep item. I wanted full refund but for that to happen I would have to sent item back recorded delivery to an address in China- no return label provided. It would take a further 2-3 weeks after they received it to get my money back.
Ended up accepting 20% refund but still haven’t received in a further week later.
Very dodgy company, wish I looked on here for reviews first.

Very disappointed with this company - the quality was poor, cheap material and also the size of the trainer didn’t seem right. Returned the item but unfortunately no progress with them refunding the money to me. I had to open a dispute with my credit company. Don’t touch them.

Be aware goods are coming from China. They will be much much smaller than you ask for and won’t look anything like the picture on the website. They’ll also be really cheap and poor quality. Don’t buy anything from this site !! Returns at your expense ….. are you really going to throw another £20 after bad in the hope that your return will go to a genuine address somewhere in China without a returns label ? …. and that you’ll get the money put back on your card. Need to get this site of the UK internet market place.

They lost my order in Main land china then told I am not able to get a refund or store credit as it never made it too the royal mail. When emailing customer services I was ignored or just reserved the same generic AI response.

Ordered some stuff from these muppets. Only to realise they send stuff from china. Got offered a 20% refund and keep stuff ! No use as it don’t fit. Paid extra for prompt delivery 9 days later items arrived . What a shower of shit .

This is a total scam they sent out items that are to small and then expect you to pay for return. All they have to do is send out the right size not that hard

Ordered what was meant to be Merrell trainers. Wasn't even a branded name. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Avoid if possible. I received an item that was not as described (I wouldn’t have taken it even for free) and in the wrong size. The seller insisted I cover the return costs, without acknowledging that the mistake was entirely their fault. They also provided me with a return address in China, despite the package showing a UK return address.

I understand the conditions stating that in rare cases a return may need to be sent abroad, but in my opinion, this is their standard practice. It makes the return process so costly that most customers would simply give up.

The hiking bag i received was not as described and of inferior quality. I wish I had read the other 1 star reviews before buying to avoid the hassle of having to go via my bank card issuer. Automated BOT response to my email asking me to return to China for a refund or accept 20% discount! If you look at the the 5 star reviews, they all have 1 review only?!! Make you own mind up whether to purchase from this site!

I ordered walking shoes size 10.5 . What i received were size 8.5 and not the shoes advertised on the website. Tried to return and they expected me to foot the bill to send them back to china. Now they have stopped replying to my emails. Con

The 1st warning with this 'company' is that they are NOT UK BASED. They are based in Hong Kong. This means that if you order from them, all of your UK consumer rights do not apply. The 2nd thing is that if you need to return an item (very likely if my experience is anything to go by) you have to return it to China AT YOUR EXPENSE.
In my case I ordered a specific pair of 'khaki hiking shoes'. 11 days later they finally arrived. Not only were they nothing like what I ordered they were a different size and far too big. Terrible quality and stinking of cheap plastic - as other reviewers have mentioned. I paid close to £65 for something that you could buy at a local market for £10 at the most. When I complained they offered me 20% refund if I kept the shoes or I had to return them to China - at my expense. I explained that I wouldn't be seen dead in these cheap and nasty shoes and that I wanted a full refund, and would ONLY return them to a UK address. If not I would proceed with a chargeback on my Card. This wasn't straightforward as on the order it just said "khaki hiking shoes" which is what I'd got. I was successful in the end though and got my money back. Are these people scammers? You can make your own minds up.
