Would have been 5 stars but for the missing screws, instructions says use screws included, had to go out for stainless steel screws half way through the job unfortunately

Excellent item (wetroom floor kit) which is perfect for the job and really quickly delivered. Thanks very much!

Really great selection of products, well organised and easy to buy from the site. Great follow up and next day delivery as promised. Everything packed really well and now ready for my wetroom project :)

Excellent communication , first class goods delivery super quick ! All items wrapped with care.
Will use again plus tell friends and family not to hesitate to use this Company .
Final word "IMPRESSED"

Helpful staff who followed up my order by phoning to confirm delivery details etc. Item ordered was exactly as described, well packed and delivered speedily. Altogether a great experience.

Excellent delivery and after sales service

Josh E was really helpful, efficient and friendly. Really impressed with his standard of customer service. I received help and advice in ordering the correct tanking kits, using the kit and help when I had issues ordering online. Would highly recommend this company and thank you Josh for your help! Also the products themselves came promptly and have been really easy to use even for a standard DIY-er such as myself.

Really quick and easy to use. Product delivered with in a couple of days and on time.

Delighted with the service provided by company and in particular, Josh! Product was delayed by current usual problems but I was kept informed throughout and when it did arrive from manufacturer and we had a query, sorted out immediately. Good prices to boot!

Great product that makes constructing wet room so much easier. Rapid delivery and great communication.

Have contacted Josh at wetrooms online a couple of times for help and advice. He has always responded immediately and been very helpful. Excellent and helpful very many thanks

I will happily come to you for our next wet room requirement.
While we have not yet completed the instalation I am happy with the goods recieved and the advice on your website.
the only problem we had was with the delivery company who only delivered the first of 2 parcels, and we had to chase the second one which arived the next day.

Delivery & service was fine. Cant comment on product as i hav nt installed it yet. Very expensive for what it is wanted to buy a cheaper brand but could nt get the size. Advertised it has detailed instructions but not detailed enough for a diyer. Drain section needs to be built which looks complicated. Hope it is ok when i install it

Super fast delivery ordered at lunchtime and shower tray arrived next day. Had a bit of a panic as we were let down by another plumbing supply company. Highly recommend - the tray is now fitted and looks excellent ready for the tiles.

Thanks to Nick and the team.

Outstanding service, I messed up
With the size I orders but they was very good dealing with my problem. Goods delivered next day. 👍

This was the first time i have used this company and would use them again. I did not order the right drain for the tray that i ordered but got hold of them and was quickly guided to the right product. they contacted me when it was being sent out and contacted me when i returned the drain and awaiting the full refund. all in all great service.

Ordered wetroom tray and tanking kit. Really quick telephone response to say order had been placed and when delivery would be made. Unfortunately the tanking kit was damaged in transit. Unprompted I got a phone call from Josh asking how the service was. When explaining the situation I’ve been offered the refund of the tanking kit. Can’t ask much more than that.

Shower former was broken upon delivery so we sent back with courier to replace.
Why deliver a broken product?
No message or follow up. Just an email to review the product. So 1 star
