I loved my tiles and was really pleased with the quality. The sample arrived promptly, which I appreciated.

Ordering the full batch online was straightforward and hassle-free. However, I have taken off one star because of the lack of clarity around the delivery process. As the order was large, it wasn't practical to have it delivered to my workplace, and because I live alone, I needed a clearer idea of when the delivery would arrive so I could make arrangements to be at home.

In the end, I had to have the tiles delivered to my sister's house, which is an hour away. I then needed her husband’s help to load them into my car, and once I got home I faced the challenge of unloading everything by myself. While I understand that delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed due to the courier network used, the uncertainty made the process far more inconvenient than it needed to be.

The tiles themselves were excellent, but the delivery experience would be the main reason I would hesitate to order from this company again.

Great tiles - expensive but worth it

Placed an order which was apparently shipped on 24th of August. I haven't heard anything since, I have written two emails in the last two weeks, asking about the shipment, and not received a reply. When I tried to ring the company using the phone number provided on the website, the call was left unanswered. Will probably have to go to the credit card company to hopefully be able to get a charge back.

I had a few questions once I had chosen the tiles, and Deluxe Bathrooms were so patient and helpful.
Now that the tiles have arrived, I am so pleased with them and looking forward to seeing them on the wall.

The product was exactly as ordered, was delivered on the expected day, well wrapped and protected and with clear installation instructions. It was easy to fit.

Beautiful tiles at an awesome price with quick and easy delivery

Ordered 2 FREE tile samples and paid 10 pounds for delivery. That's right, you heard it correctly - 10 pounds for delivery.

Received the parcel after a week and a half just to see they only shipped 1 sample instead of two. Had a phone call with their customer service and they confirmed the missing sample will be sent straight away(case number 1031009).

Months later and still nothing delivered. Even emailed them twice and they don't even bother to answer.

If they can't deliver two tile samples, then all I can say is that I won't be ordering 20-30sqm of tiles from this company.

Delighted as I loved the look of the tile and the sample, when it arrived - nicely packed and just what I wanted.

They have been more than good with me my items didn’t arrive but guy there was good with me and refund me

I placed an order on 9th April and have not received the goods yet. Have had an email on 28th April (8 says ago) suggesting the order is 'on its way' but no sign. Have sent 2 x emails to Customer Service address requesting an update but no response. Not satisfactory and am guessing will have to contact credit card company for charge-back hoping they will be able to sort.

The tiles are beautiful and the service when I needed extra tiles was above and beyond

Tiles are great quality - were ordered and delivered to times given. Two arrived broken and were replaced promptly.

I can confirm that I have received response from the Deluxe team when there was a troubleshooting and a resolution offered.

Tiles are beautiful and look stunning but delivered very poorly on a opened pallet and damaged ,all cardboard protective layers wet and falling off, and looked like hit with a pallet truck, I emailed within 24 hours to report and no response, I had to phone and spoke to a representative to be told nothing to be done before Christmas, asked to email again and no reply, left with a unfinished bathroom for Christmas😡

The order is as expected. No damage to the mirror and looks good thank you. Merry xmas

Good comunication, and delivery time

We placed a order on the 4th October that wasn’t delivered until the 20th November . We had to chase for updates and when it was eventually confirmed that some of the items were out of stock, felt it rested on us to find a solution so that we could move forward with our project. I asked to raise a complaint over the phone and was told to email - I am yet to hear back.
