This by far has been the best treadmill I have owned. I have Norditracks but this one for what I need is great. Paying for all bells and whistles you will never use is a waste. I have owned a walking pad by wellfit loved it. Decided to go with this as I like the side rails. Also another factor is the have the best customer service. I had a issue with my walking pad they were prompt and had a quick resolution.

Worked perfectly for my height and long running stride. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and the build is impressively strong and sturdy. I also appreciate how compact it is—ideal for our home gym space. One great feature is the fold-down screen, which my wife loves using to place her laptop or iPad for multitasking. Overall, this has been an excellent addition to our home gym. Thank you, WellFit TM007, for a fantastic treadmill!

Performance is exactly as stated it would be. Super quite when in operation. My husband can't hear it running while he's sitting on the sofa watching TV and I'm directly behind him walking on it.

I am so pleased with my WELLFIT. Have had it for a few weeks now and try to walk everyday. It is quiet enough to watch TV and low enough to fit under my bed. But that is so much better than a regular size treadmill. I do love it!!

Like many people, I’ve been working from home a lot, and I found myself sitting way too much. I finally decided to get a treadmill so I could stay active without leaving the house, and this one has been a lifesaver. I set it up right next to my desk, and now I walk during calls or while brainstorming ideas.

It’s quiet enough that it doesn’t interrupt conversations, and the folding design makes it easy to tuck away when I need extra space. I’ve also noticed a big improvement in my energy levels—I don’t hit that afternoon slump anymore. If you’re working from home and need to move more, this is it.

Our TM007 Upgraded Adjustable was very well packed for shipping. The assembly instructions were clear. All bolts, washers, and tools were included. It was 90% assembled already [as advertised]. The operation is simple and we're very pleased.

I have been very happy with this walking pad treadmill in my month of using it. I began a new job at the start of 2024, working from home. This new job is very much desk-bound and replaced a job where I was able to be more active and move throughout the day. I gained 10-15lbs just from being sedentary during my work hours. So for Christmas, my wife got me this treadmill and I replaced my standard desk with a standing desk.The treadmill was easy to set up, but does require applying lubricant that is ships in the box. You can set it up to be a level surface or a slight incline by changing the position of the rear feet. I had it inclined to begin but changed to level since I also stand still on the treadmill for portions of the day. Changing the feet is done by unscrewing and screwing back in, and took less than a minute. The pad is relatively lightweight, should you need to move it. But it also feels sturdy. The belt runs smoothly and I have not noticed any problems.

I was looking for a solid treadmill for daily workouts, and this one is perfect. The running surface is spacious, the controls are easy to use, and it feels well-built. Plus, setup was a breeze, 500lbs capacity is awesome. Highly recommend!

WellFit is Awesome! I got my TM006 within 4 days of placing my Order. I timed how long it takes to set up the Treadmill, Only 15 minutes and it was ready to go. It is so Quiet and I have it on my Carpet. I would definitely give this TM006 a 5 STAR RATING I did A LOT of RESEARCH and the WellFit Was Perfect for me. THANK YOU WELLFIT

These days, excellent customer service is difficult to find. Klaus at Wellfit treadmill is an example of customer service going above and beyond. I was concerned because I did not hear from Federal Express on the tracking of my treadmill. I called Wellfit and Klaus stated it could be due to the Holiday. Within 24 hours, I received tracking on my merchandise and Klaus followed up with an email. It’s always reassuring when a company takes the time to resolve concerns and ensure a smooth experience, especially when unexpected delays occur. Klaus was proactive and responsive—it makes all the difference when you're left wondering about a shipment.
Klaus’s positive experience not only speaks highly of the company but also highlights the importance of having dedicated individuals who truly care about customers.
As for the Wellfit 007, my husband and I love it. It is easy to put together for 95% of it is already done when received. It is quiet and very easy to use. My husband is tall and it is perfect for him. Easy to move and since we downsize to a smaller home, it is certainly space saving. We are in our prime time and this is perfect for our needs and busy schedule to exercise in our home. We strongly recommend it.

DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchased and the product was delivered defective. The phone number on their website goes straight to voicemail and unable to leave a message. emailed several times and no one will respond. DO NOT BUY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SKETCHY COMPANY. I didn't check reddit before purchasing. Never again.

Klaus was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I had issues with my treadmill and with customer service, but Klaus went out of his way to make things right.

Customer service is great, very responsive. I like the preloaded workouts. Enjoy doing the 30min workout sessions. I like my 2 in 1 walking pad treadmill. Convenient for the amount space I have. Would get a treadmill when I have more room one day.

I bought my WP009 a few months ago. I did encounter a slight issue with the belt misaligning after some use, but customer service was quick to respond and sent me a helpful video guide on how to adjust the belt. I followed the instructions in the video, and the belt was perfectly aligned afterward. I’ve noticed a tiny bit of misalignment after 1-2 months of frequent use, but it’s very minor and something I can easily accept. Given how often I use the treadmill, it's not surprising, and overall, it’s still working great!

I would highly recommend not buying anything from this company. I bought one of their treadmills and received it in poor condition. It looked as if I was given someone’s return - really poor packaging, lack of screen protector film, etc. The end result was a pretty scratched and beat up treadmill. I contacted customer service to try and find a solution but I’m now 12 emails deep and this has dragged out for 6 weeks now. The last 5 emails I requested them to honor their 30-day hassle free return and refund policy (I was well within the timeframe when making this request) and my request has been simply ignored and not even acknowledged in their response offering me things like $15 refund or a free tread pad which has no relevance to the damage I have. My most recent email was just ghosted altogether. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience. There is no customer service to call, only an email that is clearly not based out of the US as all responses come around 2am EST. I really think this company is a scam. They do not honor their policies, and based on my experience I would not be surprised if the “2 year warranty” is not enforced either. Sharing in the hopes that no one has to experience what I have.
