The Treadmill was great but sadly it did have a motor issue, After reporting that to the Team at Wellfit They offered me a refund since my treadmill model was discontinued. I give them 5 stars due to the quick support and solution.

Scam. Paid for a treadmill and never received it. They blamed FedEx but the tracking clearly shows they did nothing but create a label for a non-existent package.
Now they are attempting to blackmail me for a 5 star review before they will issue a refund that I have asked for multiple times over the past month of headache. Take your business anywhere else.

I ordered my walking pad and received it in less than five days as promised. Packaged very well and pretty easy to get it up and running. I love the compactness of the model I purchased and also love that it has a longer walking deck than other models. I'm looking forward to walking my way back to a healthy lifestyle!

Customer service was awesome! I had a unique experience and we were able to resolve it through open communication. In today's world, Customer service and care is not what it use to be! But I must say this was a very positive experience, I can't say anything negative about my experience. They're Customer service department actually gave me hope that Customer satisfaction is still a thing.

It took a total of 4 emails back and forth to resolve the issue but I was satisfied with the resolution that the company gave me. The problem involved the inability of the handlebar to fold down due to a mechanical problem with the mechanism.

The treadmill was delivered on time and securely shipped. it is perfect for the space I have available and was fairly easy to assemble. The support team has responded promptly to my questions about function.

When I had an issue with my product they were extremely helpful and responsive. They helped to rectify the problem in a timely manner. I would recommend this company.

I like the variety of different thread-mill models that they have. Something for everyone’s preference. I also like that they have a 2 year warranty.

If you're looking for a high quality yet incredible price for the quality, BUY THIS ASAP! It's easy setup, quiet, and works as well as expensive fitness studio-grade treadmills that are quadruple the price.

Love that this treadmill is so compact and we're able to hide it away under the bed. Great price too! Didn't love that the motor went out after 5-6 months, but customer service was terrific and a new one is on the way. The company stands behind the product, and that's saying something!
