We had an issue with our new treadmill, it stopped working after two uses. We worked with customer service and was able get a replacement. We appreciate Wellfit working with us and came to a positive outcome.

The walking pad is nice however The motor gets warm after about 30 minutes and by 60 minutes it's hot to the touch, so I contacted customer service and they offered me a refund after I answered a few questions, since the walking pad I ordered is no longer being made.

Wellfit is a great company when it comes to communicating and offering solutions. They are patient and kind to hear me out and quick to help resolve my equipment issues. Will recommend this brand.

I purchased a TM034 treadmill back in October, 2025. I was enjoying it very much. It's easy to store and set up, which is perfect for me. Having limited space, it slides easily under the bed. I like the display, and the controls on the handlebar, and having a holder for a cellphone or tablet which is great when using the app. I also like that I can pause my workout and my data is saved so I can pick up where I left off; so I can see my cumulative distance and time for the day. It's very easy for me to get my steps every day. Another very important consideration for me was the 2-year warranty. Unfortunately, after only 3 months of daily use, the motor failed. I immediately contacted Wellfit and explained the issue and sent a video so they could hear the noise the treadmill had started making. They diagnosed the issue and within a couple of days they offered to send me a replacement at no charge. I received the replacement in just over 2 weeks. I would not hesitate to purchase from Wellfit again.

I just want to thank the Wellfit team with excellent customer service. I searched all over to look for a company to purchase from that had great customer service because so many things can go wrong with a purchase like a walking treadmill. I decided to buy from the maker directly instead of Amazon, and when something went wrong with my item, they were quick to respond and resolve my issue by giving me a credit since they no longer sold my model. It is important to buy from a reputable company and this is one!

Dont ever, ever, ever buy from this company. Terrible customer service. Called about our order only to be told it is a pre-order treadmill. Said I was cancelling and was told I had to do it by email. Did so immediately and that is when the trouble started. Company emailed me back telling me they were refunding me my money minus 5% fee. Told them that was fine. One month later still no refund. They tried to offer me numerous incentives to keep treadmill only to be told each time I am not interested in a discount..just refund my money. They even tried delivering the treadmill after, again, being told numerous times I just want my refund that I was promised by your company. I filed a compaint with my credit card company which is still awaiting a response from the company. Wellfit said I need to cancel my complaint before they will refund my money. My credit card comapny said that is a common practice by the merchant because once I cancel, I may not be able to redo the cancellation and then I am at the mercy of the company. Wellfit is a very dishonest company to deal with. I have numerous emails to back up what I am writing. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the TM010 treadmill in Sept 2025. The purchasing process was great, was easy, I had no problems and delivery was fast. The only issue was the smell. I contacted them by email and they immediately found a solution and took care of the problem. I definitely would recommend purchasing a treadmill with Wellfittreadmill -it's worth it!

I purchased the WFTMO24,sadly the Treadmill did not function,I contacted customer service,and after reviewing the issue,the company offer a full refund.Their customer service was excellent.

I purchased this treadmill and love it! I had a question for the company and emailed them and they responded immediately every time I had to ask them a question about something or needed help with something they responded immediately was very pleasant dealing with them and the machine is great. I ordered the WP017 walking pad and it was delivered quickly. It was a great addition to my work routine. I noticed a weird knocking/vibration recently and thought it may be an issue with the motor. I reached out to customer service and they responded quickly and are sending a new pad. I appreciate their quick review and working with me to resolve the issue!

My treadmill motor started to malfunction after 6-7 months. I’ve lost over 80lbs using walking treadmills and I was absolutely devastated when it stopped moving. But customer service was absolutely amazing with helping me out and giving me a refund. Will definitely purchase another one again!

My TM002 stopped working after 2 months. Customer service was very helpful determining the problem and will be sending me a replacement unit.

After one year of getting good use out of the treadmill, it started to malfunction. We contacted Wellfit and they were extremely helpful. After sending them a short video they recognized there was a problem with the motor and promptly sent to us a new treadmill. They were very helpful, courteous and responsive.

I absolutely love my Wellfit treadmill. It's simple to use and gives me all the real time data I need. The bluetooth hook up and app are perfect for a modern experience. I have also had support from their technical support team who took incredible care of my needs quickly, professionally and completely. This was a wonderful purchase and is allowing me to meet my steps goal!

I received good customer service for my issue and a partial reimbursement. I've had the treadmill WFTM015 since August 2025. It recently started a strange grinding sound in the motor which as of yesterday 1/3/26 burned out completely. I'm disappointed that I no longer have the machine because it was imperative to my health!
