We love our treadmill. It is lightweight and easy to move. We lost the safety key and needed a replacement. I reached out to customer service via their online chat feature and had a replacement ordered within minutes! Their customer service was efficient and speedy! Great job Well Fit!

So I was loud about my problem so I have to be even LOUDER when it’s made right!

I received my replacement treadmill (TM024) in record time, less than 3 days.

Due to the previous experience I plug it in soon as I took it out the box to make sure it was working & it did!

Installation was a bit easier this time & I was able to do my first 30 minute walk.

I was in the market for a treadmill for my 86yr old mother. I needed simple, sturdy, and dependable with a good warranty. I asked so many questions of WELLFIT customer service and they always answered promptly. They replied to chats on the website, emails, and phone calls. They also replied promptly on the Amazon store site. After about 60hrs research of every treadmill on the market, I chose WELLFIT. The treadmill was delivered in a timely manner, box in great shape. It took about an hour for a not-so-handy handyman to put it together. My mother loves her new treadmill. She feels stable and safe while walking. So glad I went with WELLFIT.

Update - After numerous back and forth emails, I did receive a $200 refund on my $356 purchase. While that was helpful, it didn't change the fact that the refund policy prominently displayed on alI their web pages was not honored. The “30-Day Free Trial: If you’re not satisfied, return it within 30 days — WELLFIT will send you a prepaid return label" is only honored if you don't open and use the product. It is a very misleading refund policy.

I purchased a treadmill from WELLFIT in October 2025 after seeing their clear guarantee: “30-Day Return & Refund – Don’t love it, send it back to us” and “30-Day Free Trial: If you’re not satisfied, return it within 30 days — WELLFIT will send you a prepaid return label.” These statements appeared on their website, product page, and receipt with no disclaimers or conditions.

When I tried to return the treadmill within 30 days, WELLFIT refused, claiming their policy only applies to defective products. This restriction was never disclosed before purchase and contradicts their advertised return terms. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they denied my refund and offered only small partial compensation.

WELLFIT’s return and refund policy is misleading and not honored as presented. If you plan to order from them, document everything and save screenshots of their website before purchasing.

My wife and I ordered a treadmill from wellfit. When the unit arrived there was damage to the belt. Wellfit worked with us to correct the problem and had a new unit shipped to us the next day! We are very pleased with the customer service.

Bought this treadmill to start a weight loss journey for my fiance and I. We’ve lost 50 pounds and are more active during the cold winter months. Customer service answers all questions and are easy to work with. Thank you!

Great service! I recently purchased the WellFit Treadmill since a friend had recommended them. Mine seems to have a fault so I contacted customer support and they are already sending a replacement for me! So excited to finally be able to get a good workout in, since I work from home. I was looking for a treadmill for my therapy at home and found one thru WELLFITT and love it. Being over 50 plus it’s not heavy for me and easy for me to pull out and putt up when ready for me to start to walk. When I had issues with my treadmill the customer service people / emails I received from them were great and helpful. I was never ignored. I love this treadmill a lot . Mine could not be fixed so one was sent to be replaced. Thank you to WELLFITT!!!! You are great .

I ordered a treadmill from Wellfit and was surprised to receive a second one by mistake. I reached out to their customer service, and they responded quickly and professionally. They explained the situation, apologized for the mix-up, and even let me keep the extra treadmill as a goodwill gesture.

It’s rare to find a company that handles an issue with such honesty and generosity. The treadmill works great, and I really appreciate how they turned a potential hassle into a positive experience. Highly recommend Wellfit for both their products and their customer care!

I received my treadmill quickly. I actually received two. I emailed customer service to inform them of the error. They were quick to respond and tell me what to do with the second treadmill. I have been walking while I am working at least 6 hours a day. I have had no problems with this product.

I will never ever,buy from them or that brand again,They sold me a broken treadmill,theres an annoying squeaky noise at the back of the treadmill,that won't stop,when you step in that area,they said that noise will go away in time, which is a lie,I had 4-5 treadmills over the years,never squeaky sound,I go to the gym, treadmill don't squeak either, they told me that there not going to send me a replacement,or a refund, because the squeaky noice is normal,so now I'm stuck paying for this crappy treadmill,and now I have to spend more money to buy another one,they suck,not good business people,or have good quality treadmills,don't buy from them!!!!!

I am recovering from heart failure and had surgery earlier this year. After physical therapy i need to keep a good progressive cardio routine going. To help keep things on track I needed a treadmill, but space was limited, tough enough for a 220lb man, fast enough I could build up to running on, and with medical bills I needed affordable.
As I was searching I came across WELLFIT and a couple others and the others in this range accommodated around 240-260 lbs and the WELLFIT tm015 is built for up to350lbs. For the size it is a perfect fit in the corner of my bedroom. It’s quiet enough for me to run on when my family is home and not disturb them. It’s got up to 7.6 mph which is more than enough for me.
I ordered it direct. It shipped quick and was well packaged. I set it up in a few minutes, followed the instructions and used the included lubricant for the belt and gave it a couple easy walking sessions to start. I’ve had it almost a month now and used it for a few workouts each week. I’ve been easy running for up to 45 minute sessions and I’m really impressed with how stable it is. The phone app with controls is a really nice touch too. Incline choices of flat, 3% and 6% are manual so you have to set before you start but that’s definitely not a deal breaker for me.

I recently purchased the WELLFIT TM010 Walking Pad and I am happy to say that it is everything I was hoping for. I was looking for a way to get my walking done when going outdoors isn’t an option and this model was a perfect fit for me. It’s small but mighty - really gets the job done. It has a fixed incline (choice of two sets of feet you install) which works perfectly for me and is easy to fold up and tuck in a closet or under a bed when I need to. The customer service has been super reaponsive and I’ve really enjoyed the app as well. I’ve even recommended this walking pad to a friend who was interested. Great job, WELLFIT!

I’m 5’ 9” and 400lbs and this WELLFIT TM024 treadmill is amazing! It was hard to find a well built treadmill to hold my weight until I found this one. It’s really sturdy and I was able to put it together myself in about 20 minutes. I like how it’s not bulky like a lot of other treadmills are. It’s very sleek and I love that the top folds down so I can work on my laptop and use the treadmill at the same time! Thanks!
