Although there are many good qualities this product possesses the product simply did not meet my needs. I sent a request for return via e-mail and received a response back within an hour.

Awful, awful, awful customer service

I would give 0 stars if that was possible.
I cancelled within minutes of ordering, was told it wasn’t possible.
Asked for a confirmation email, didn’t receive one.
They finally sent me an email with an order number.
Order finally received in damaged box. Heating pad of very poor quality so within an hour of receiving the item I contacted customer service asking for the returns process. So far, they have failed to provide details on how to return the item. They claim not to recognise the order number, despite me forwarding a copy of their previous email.
They consistently ignore my questions and seem to li,e sending automated emails, so you never feel as if you’re engaging with a human being.
I am concerned I am now out of pocket to the amount of almost £100 as I have zero confidence I’ll ever get details of the returns process.
Separately I have engaged with my credit card provider and raised a complaint against the company to recoup my monies.

Updated: as soon as they see your review in Trustpilot, they post a reply implying they're resolving your issue. It's a scam and a lie. They ignore your concerns and continue to send the same automated responses. As a previous poster has mentioned, they also try to dissuade you from returning the items as it will cost you a lot of money. This is despite their own website saying they'll refund the cost of return postage.

Heating pads arrived an did not work

Heating pads arrived an did not work. When I reached out to their customer service they said "they could not find the order number" that I provided them with. I replied with a pdf copy of the order (I did provide them with the order number that their company generated) and I haven't heard back from them. Extremely concerning. Feel like I'm getting the run around. Not happy to see that others have had the same experience with these defective heating pads.

After I submitted this review to Trust Pilot, Wellaheat responded "that they could not locate my order." They used this same tactic when I contacted them by email. I created a pdf of my receipt and sent that back to Wellaheat (which had the original order number I had already supplied them - which "they could not find in their system". After admitting that I did place an order with them, they then tried to offer me a 25 percent refund of the $107 as some sort of settlement, saying that if I returned the defective items, that it would be expensive, difficult and a hassle. I went ahead and requested their address for the return, and surprise surprise, they haven't responded. After reading about similar claims on other consumer protection websites, it is clear that this is some sort of fraudulant scheme.

BOGUS Company/Heating Pads

Waited 2 weeks for my heating pads and they did not work at all. Called CS for full refund. I had to call 3 times. First call, she promised me a refund and sent a survey. Second call, she put me on hold promising to send refund instructions. She then disconnected the call. Third call, another woman sent me an email with a return address (after I had to order her to send the email WHILE I was on the phone). I am now returning but their rules say, they will not refund unless I share tracking number. I will definitely do that but let's see if the refund ever comes...

I got another email offering me to keep the items for 25% discount. When I asked to speak to a Manager, they disconnected.

Complete shitshow company. Product instructions in miniscule print in chinese/english. Please avoid at all costs.

TrustPilot, I do not know if you can intervene here but people need to STOP using this company and losing hard earned money.

I chose their heating pad because it…was so highly rated....

I chose their heating pad because it got 99% positive reviews. When I finally got the heating pads (It took over 2 weeks and somehow I ordered 2, not 1?) the temperature was barely warm.
Ok, so that happens. The problem is that, while "they" respond quickly via email, if you reply to them the next email says: "Since we have not received any response from you to this conversation, we’ll mark it as solved. However, if there is anything else that we can help you with - please feel free to contact us again at (their supposed support email)" This has happened 3 times now. I'm very worried that I'm out $100 because there is not way to return products to them.

Ordered 2 pairs of their “highly”…

Ordered 2 pairs of their “highly” rated/recommended heat socks: socks were well constructed and comfortable, but my order was for four of the 5000 mAh batteries - I received four of the 2200 mAh batteries. (The boxes were never checked for the correct batteries.)

Customer service is abysmal: they requested more information, but didn’t allow me time to respond and “closed” my request. I still sent proof (photos) confirming that I was sent the wrong (weaker) batteries, but have not had any follow up.

Very disappointed.

Will never do business with Wellaheat, and recommend that everyone avoid this business.

This presentation was “user friendly” whereas most are not, which make potential buyers leery of purchasing products they need. My husband, as a long-time fire fighter, injured his back in the line of duty making surgery necessary. He needed a good heating pad and this presentation was so straightforward and had every point I could check as necessary. So I felt confident enough to purchase two, one for my husband and one for me.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. The price quoted at purchase point is far less than what they take from your account. Beware!!! I have requested a refund 10 mins after ordering and they have said it’s already shipped - what rubbish! Now going to have to wait for item to be delivered before I can try and return which will probably end in non payment back to my account. I do not trust them at all. My purchase was for $80 - they took $137 from my account.

Nonfunctioning Heating Pads

The original order for 2 heating pads got changed and I was billed for 3 instead. After receiving them, they did not include a USB power adapter and none of them worked with 3 that I had and tried out. Furthermore, there were no heat controllers on the heat even if they did function. So far I have not receoved anything from their support. Stay away from this company!!!
