Thé driver contacted us ahead of the pick up day to make sure that he would be able to find us since there was no parking area in the vicinity of the place we would be. Everything worked out perfectly. He was very courteous and friendly adding another plus to our fantastic St. Petersburg experience.

On time, driver extremely polite and attentive, car sparkling clean. Special note to their customer service: Upon arrival I found out I had made a mistake on my reservation form and submited arrival for the next day! I contacted them and not only did they assist me in finding the best alternative ride, they also refunded the full amount even though it was my mistake. On departure I booked them again and had excellent service. Highly recommend.

1. I made a mistake in the reservation and called the client call service and they responded fast in a perfect English.
2. I arrived before expected and could discuss with my driver for him to arrive before.

It was perfect. I had awful flight times: leaving at 0145 and landing at 0730. I didn’t sleep much. And my driver was quiet and respectful. He also got me home super quickly so I could go to bed. I will continue to use Welcome Taxi.

My family has taken rides with Welcome Taxi to get from Sheremetyevo to our destinations within Moscow, and vice versa, many times. At first, the main reason we did this was because all of the drivers speak English. However, we have come to appreciate the drivers for their desire to provide a great experience. Almost all of the drivers provide water, access to the internet with their hotspots, and will help move luggage up or down any steps that may be between the front of the pick-up or drop-off location and the car.

The cars are always in good condition and clean for both the economy and executive levels.

Nicolas, the CEO of this company, is also very responsive when I have asked him questions in advance of a trip, such the best way to arrange multiple destinations for several passengers from the airport.

The fares/tariffs for rides between the airport and Moscow city center appear to be very reasonable. They are much better than the rates of rides that hotels would hire. A ride in economy class is less than $40!

I am recommending the services of this company without any concerns. In any case for my next upcoming trips to Moscow, I will use the service as to secure my on time activities and bisiness needs!

Driver was late for pickup from airport, I had to phone him which cost me 5$ on my mobile plan for overseas phone calls. When he dropped us off the hotel he asked us for extra cash for parking fee which was already paid, however when he was returning us back to airport he even did not greet us due to my complain about the service he provided. He returned my money back but after the damage was already done. It was not a good experience as I was traveling with my family and his behaviour affected them too.

Excellent service

We arrive at Sheremetyevo Airport at 5 am. The customs procedures were short, probably due to the hour- and our driver was there, with the card and name on it, as agreed! It was very polite and trustworthy, delivered the order and luggage at the hotel in a reasonable time. We could communicate easily in English. Next time we will ask for the driver. Thank you again.

My taxi was cancelled due to a lack of cars available.
