Your driver never showed up. I was forced to call Uber for transportation to the hotel. I expect to receive a full refund for the services that were not provided.

I had booked several trips for me and my family during our recent visit to Russia for the World Cup tournament. The drivers were in contact with me prior to pick up and came on time. They were very helpful and professional. All
Of them spoke English. Special mention is due for Marat at St. Petersburg and Alexei at Moscow.The website is not very useful to book the trips but once I got a link emailed to me by Nicolas the CEO, it was very easy. Throughout the process Nicolas was very helpful. Highly recommend this company even though might be slightly more expensive. Great service 5 stars.

We are a group of 7 who travelled in Russia in mid Jun for 14 days. We used Welcome Taxi service for the transport between airports/train stations and hotels. We were all very satified with the service provided by the company and the English speaking drivers. Welcome Taxi is professional in a way such that when they wrongly sent a 3-passenger car to pick us at St. Petersburg train station and took remedy action quickly to rectify. Probably, it was the driver took a wrong order.

Very good experience. Got Welcome Taxi from Almaty, flight was delayed an hour but driver was still waiting there at 3am with sign for me. Perfect English and got to hotel safe. I will be definitely using this service again next time.

Our driver was good, we needed the service 2 hours later after our arrival to the airport and the driver was on time. However, he was a bit rude because we couldn’t find him in the terminal. If you are a foreigner and don’t know the city and the language it’s understandable that you can get lost.

Fantastic experience in St Petersburg. We ordered a Welcome Taxi for a transfer to the airport at 3:15 am. Our driver was 10 minutes early and spoke perfect English. We will definitely use them again.

Despite that you do not offerer various choices for card payments, like AmEx or Diners, you do have great drivers, like Tiberius for example who does speak so many foreign languages.

Email communication was straightforward- paid deposit online & then cash on site
Driver was there with that (so glad he's here!) sign with name on
Spoke a little English & transfer was great.

When arriving at the airport of Kiev the taxi driver did not appear. Paid in advance 7.89 euros.
