There was a change in the flight through no fault of my own,i promptly notified them of the change,was told there would be an adjustment to the fee.Then I was told there would be no adjustment.A!so,the driver was late,this was very inconvient as my phone does not work in Europe.very disappointing.

Great communication during booking process, then sent full detaila of the car and driver a few days before pick up. Driver arrived early, very helpful, clean car, and got ua to destination exactly when he said he would.

Nobody to pick us up at the airport
Arriving at Moscow Airport there was no chauffeur, with a name sign, waiting for us. Luckily there was a very friendly man from the taxi's at the airport that made some phone calls for us. Apparently the driver had problems with his car and another driver was sent to pick us up. This driver didn't speak English which made it difficult trying to explain ourselves to him.
In the end everything was fine and we got to our address, but I don't know what would've happened if we hadn't meet that man at the airport.
