Our entire company launch was put at risk by Dokan/weDevs. We paid for the professional package which ultimately was marked not safe for use by Wordfence, the leading security provider on Wordpress. Dokan & their team were consistently slow in responding to support tickets & ultimately did not address this issue which was labelled as potentially "catastrophic". Due to all this we had to delay our launch and migrate our entire marketplace. We requested a refund, no response to date.

Always easy to work with Dokan Team because support is always prompt and effective. Jahidul Hassan has always assisted in fast and effective response and made working with Dokan a pleasant experience.
Would definitely recomend buying the plugin and upgrading as well.

The fact that as a paying and loyal customer, I am not able to redeem the same discount as a new member is disappointing. The fact I have to cancel and purchase a new subscription is not a good use of time or effort. However, in customer support, Clara, was helpful through this difficulty. Although I am now inclined to look for another resource for next year.

Liep tegen een aantal problemen aan met mijn site, goedgeholpen door wedevs live chat, Clara en Richard lieten duidelijke voorbeelden zien. Zo hebben ze mij stap voor stap geholpen + nog uitleg video's gestuurd om verdere vragen te voorkomen.

Although on other occasions I have had some problems to solve an error, since they asked me to create staging sites, which I found quite complex and cumbersome. In the last one, it has been resolved perfectly and very professionally, they have been in charge of reviewing and solving the problem without further complications on my part. Special thanks to Gausul Azam for fixing the bug, for his agility and understanding.

The experience was good and they helped me with every detail.

I had an issue with their plugin and they had asked me for details which I sent 3 days back and gave them admin access to my backend as they had requested. I received no response whatesoever and all of a sudden 'My site just got completely distorted and the whole site is a mess! This is so scary! How can anyone touch the main website when I provided them my staging site. And that too without any email response when I had emailed them atleast 7-8 times on 5 days! Very unprofessional!

Jahidul Hassan has been helping me to solve the plugin issue. Even-though some emails might get some time to revert, he did provide useful solutions in solving the problems. They provide good support even we're on a free plan, thank you!

The Dokan plugin is amazing! Great support even during their holidays! Tanvir gave his best! I had three open issues and he was able to resolve them all!
