This company is very poor technically and administratively in addition to they do not respect the contracts and agreements concluded with them

Take care, don't deal with such company they are not respecting agreements even the official documents, just they want to cut your money then they are wasting your time and they don't care about customer satisfaction, then they will play on increasing the project budget otherwise they will stop the project to push the customer to accept their conditions.

Our official contract with them is 3050 USD then they tried to deliver unaccepted and rubbish work or increase the budget to 7500USD then they negotiate to push the customer to accept 5500 USD

company policy is once u start with weblink company they appoint a person for u assist after some month if u do not paid more more addon work they change ur assistant and they will start u to hammer for paid more for new addon and if u r recieved commitement from old assistant for any work which u paid already then u just forgot about ur work bz new parsion will blackmailing for doing ur work he force u to paid some advance for trust u...

ip and space they charge huge of amount like nominal space they charge 8000/- ip address they charge 8000/- and
MARKET PRICE - 1000 to 1500/- and dedicated ip adress rs. only 1500 to 2000-

Fake company dont trust. They just want to mint money and any 5star rating is not genuine they are done by companys employees itself

Please DO NOT do any webdesign services with WEBLINK. They do not know their job well. They do not deliver as per their promises.

I took a basic template which should be easy to plug and play. I was sold the MOON but when it was delivery time, they backtracked and started asking me additional payment for things agreed earlier to be included.

Then there are so many errors. The website is focussed only on INDIA market even though they will sell as if it’s a global website - simple errors like phone number length, zip code requirement, maps showing India address had to be addressed. The order management is totally wrong - the payment gets cancelled but the customer is shown as if the order went thru. Their technical guys dont even test the functionality while delivering the website.

Totally stuck with them as they are not going to refund the money as well else I think I would do a better job on my own.

Please make sure you know what you are buying and test out first before you make payment. Once payment is done, everything changes.

They provide excellent services but their support behave very rude. they don't know how talk with clients. I think they have very talented and Skillful technical team.

Do not work with them. I am too trusting of this company and i have paid a heavy price. (1) They do a lousy job, (2) They keep asking for money, if there is no money the representative will just leave the company and a new guy will take over. I asked for a refund but they wouldn't give, and instead gave me credit for their incompetent services, like advertising, which i can do myself if they give me funding in the first place.

If you expect to lose money, they are the right people to find.

You have two very bad and unprofessional / Amateur representative named Ruchi Gubrani and another one named Anju Chauhan ( Claims herself as Team leader ). They are the worst representatives I have ever interacted with in any company. They wasted mine and my company's time.
They neglected all my message in skype , email . One feature which was supposed to be done within one week. After giving excuses for two months you said its not feasible and you need extra money to Implement the feature.

You took 300 USD in Advance from me and you did not implement the feature I wanted . After two month you are asking me for more money. I am discarding your obsolete and useless website and creating a new website from better company.

I will never recommend your company to anyone/ I will spread my message to everyone I know in social media and real life, Because people need to know about your fraudulent company.

I ask for a Wordpress website. They offer me for 1500$ "A PERFECT SERVICE". I paid Everything in advance.
And I got nothing. Sometimes they make some small changes here and there, but not what I want.
Now I work with a Company from Germany. Perfect. They speak my language and I have to pay only when they finish the Project and I am happy.

They are really incompetent and fraudsters. Do not fall into the honey brushed promises they make. They were not able to make a single backup of my website.. They didn't know what file to download.

and SEO work for them. No real advantage .. No improvement after i did SEO with them. finally I lost my complete website.

I am going to proceed legally against them. so that another guy should not have this ill-fortunate experience .

Regarding the positive reviews here, I strongly feel, they themselves must have written it.there is no chance of a customer writing it
