Very disappointed with this CRM. We asked for a 3-day trial before purchasing, but they refused, so we trusted them and paid for a 6-month subscription.

After using it, we faced many problems. The system is very outdated and extremely slow, Facebook leads can take a long time to respond to, and sometimes the same message is sent multiple times, which looks very unprofessional.

The mobile version is also very slow on iPhone and other devices.

For a business like SUKKON BUSINESS CENTER, fast and reliable communication is essential. Unfortunately, this CRM has caused more frustration than convenience.

I would not recommend paying for a long-term subscription without testing it first.

Worst Experience Ever – Beware of Weblink!

Do not waste your time or money with this company. Our (luksaraglobal.in) experience with Weblink has been extremely disappointing and has caused significant losses to our business and also their executive threat us.

It has been almost one year since we paid approximately ₹28,000 for the development of our brand's export website, and to this day, nothing has been delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances, we were continuously given new excuses and revised timelines that were never honoured.

Initially, we were strongly encouraged to purchase a package worth approximately ₹1,21,000. We declined and chose to proceed with the ₹28,000 package, making it clear that we would consider additional services only after satisfactory delivery. However, instead of completing the agreed work, we were repeatedly pressured to purchase another package worth approximately ₹1,89,000.

The most concerning aspect relates to our domain name. After we refused to purchase additional services, another individual claiming to be associated with the matter contacted us and stated that they were speaking with GoDaddy and that if we did not renew through Weblink, our domain could be resold by Weblink to another party. Subsequently, a Weblink executive conveyed similar statements regarding our .in domain, initially demanding approximately ₹15,000 as the renewal charge and later reducing the amount to ₹8,000.

We strongly dispute these demands and believe that these incidents raise serious concerns regarding transparency, ethical business practices, and fair treatment of customers. We possess records of communications, invoices, payment receipts, and other supporting evidence relating to these matters, and we are already in the process of taking appropriate legal action.

Save yourself from this nightmare. Do NOT work with Weblink.

Vijeshwar promised big things but delivered almost nothing. The website they create is so basic anyone could make it themselves, and they just copied and pasted content into a low-quality, ready-made template. They asked me for everything — even the pictures — and now refuse simple modifications.

Web developer Ritika is rude and unprofessional, and customer care ignores all attempts to contact them. Even the leads they provide are poorly managed, and their promotional materials are sloppy and unhelpful.

They promise big features and impressive services, but in reality, they provide almost nothing. Whenever you mention their negative ratings or reviews, they try to manipulate and avoid responsibility. Most of their positive ratings are from their own staff.

This company is misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. I strongly do not recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work or reliable support.

I had a very bad experience with RealEstateIndia (Weblink.in Pvt Ltd). I paid a total of INR 42,500 for their lead generation services, which were supposed to include:

Facebook ads to generate leads.
Receiving 2 leads per day.
Connecting me with clients genuinely interested in visiting my property.

However, none of these promises were kept. Despite full payment, I didn’t receive any legitimate leads or clients. After several follow-ups, I was given nothing but false promises. This has resulted in significant financial loss for me.

I strongly advise against using their services. They didn’t deliver anything they promised.

This company has good environment. Nice place to start your career. Management and supporting staff is also nice. Overall I get many things to learn from this company.

After 15 days when I saw the complete website, I had no words to describe how amazing it was.
