This has been a very disappointing experience with WeblinkIndia.Net and their CRM. Before purchasing, we specifically asked for a 3-day free trial because we wanted to properly test the CRM and make sure it would work for our business. Unfortunately, they refused to provide even a short trial. We trusted their presentation and the information provided to us, so we decided to go ahead and pay for a 6-month subscription. Unfortunately, after making the payment and actually using the system, we found many serious problems that we did not expect from a paid CRM.

The CRM feels very outdated, slow and inefficient, especially compared with modern CRM systems available today. One of the most frustrating problems is with message delivery. There have been situations where we send one message to a customer and the system sends the same message multiple times. This is extremely unprofessional because customers receive duplicate messages and it makes our business communication look poorly managed, even though the problem is coming from the CRM.

Another major issue is the handling of Facebook leads. When a lead comes from Facebook and we try to respond through the CRM, the system can be extremely slow. Sometimes the message takes a very long time to process, and in some cases it can take hours. For a business that depends on responding to new leads quickly, this is a serious problem. A new lead needs to be contacted immediately, not after hours. Delays like this can easily mean losing potential customers and wasting money spent on advertising.

The mobile experience is also very poor. We have tried using the CRM on iPhone and other mobile devices, but it is extremely slow and difficult to use. When you are managing leads and customers while away from a computer, you expect the CRM to work smoothly on mobile. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is that we specifically requested a 3-day trial before purchasing, but we were told there was no trial available. If we had been given even three days to properly test the system, we could have discovered these issues before committing to a 6-month subscription. Instead, we paid for six months and only afterward discovered how difficult and unreliable the system can be in actual day-to-day business use.

I am not writing this review simply because of one small technical issue. The problem is the overall experience: the outdated system, duplicated messages, extremely slow Facebook lead responses, poor mobile performance and the lack of an opportunity to properly test the CRM before making a long-term payment.

For a CRM that is supposed to help businesses manage leads and customer communication, speed and reliability should be basic requirements. When a potential customer sends an inquiry, the business needs to be able to respond quickly and confidently. If the CRM takes hours to respond or sends the same message multiple times, it creates unnecessary problems and can directly affect the business.

I genuinely expected much better after paying for a 6-month subscription. In my personal experience, the service has not met the standard I expected from a professional CRM. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this service ask detailed questions and, if possible, properly test the system before committing to a long-term subscription.

WeblinkIndia.Net seriously needs to improve the CRM's speed, reliability, Facebook lead integration, message delivery, duplicate-message issue and mobile performance. Most importantly, customers should have a reasonable opportunity to test the CRM before being asked to commit to a long-term plan.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. We paid for six months expecting a reliable CRM, but the actual experience has been frustrating and far below our expectations.

If you are doing job then don't go for interview, they will select you and ask you to join and after 3-4 days will terminate you without any reason and make you jobless. By doing this they show that it is growing company but the customers are not satisfied from their work.

I had a very bad experience with Weblink India, they over promise me but they didn't deliver what I was expecting, and not even 10%. After I have paid 50% of the project value, they took around 10 days just to upload the theme which I bought myself on their server without doing anything extra. Imagine they want $500 for uploading a theme on the server. This is a pure cheating and I don't recommend them to anyone who is willing to start an e-commerce website.

I have been in contact with a lady Called Ruchi, she was unprofessional in dealing with me and my brother.
she also refused to refund us for the money we paid although they haven't done anything. My new developer said that they have done less than 10% of the project and they deserve only 10% of the agreed amount. when I asked them to refund me back $200 they refused

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Fraud company Which consists of people like sachin in their staff who are abusive and illmannered,took the money and said can't give the money as its not their policy without even starting the process.
Never ever in your life trust this company if you are smart enough to grow your business in some different way
