Shocking
Shocking, bought plant online, not delivered by DPD despite them saying they did (yeah right). Photograph from DPD of the bottom of a front door, not my door! Webbs advise too bad and contact the police! Thanks for your customer service NOT!!

I'm giving this 5 star review because of the excellent way "Rolex" Tony handled our enquiry re Pergolas.He was ,quiet, not at all pushy and full of info even though we told him it wouldn't fit ! Shame after selling 50 of these things in a few days his efforts were not recognised .Employees like this are things on the ground and deserve recognition.
We have just returned from Webbs going…
We have just returned from Webbs going there to mainly shop at the in store butchers. Once more we left with so many goodies . I’m a lover of calves liver and I have to say it has to be the best calves liver I’ve ever tasted. There pork chops are also amazing and hands down beat any other supermarket or nearby butchers. Jordon who works there is always so accommodating explaining about all the different cuts and what works best for. He always seems to have time for you and it’s not often these days I feel you can say this about customer service . Some may say it’s expensive but I disagree cus supermarkets seem to go up weekly with there prices. And for me I would rather eat less and it taste amazing than lots and it lack flavour ! So keep doing what your doing Jordan - thanks

My wife and I visited The Enchanted Garden.
Wow ! This was a spectacular walk through Dorothys adventure from Kansas to the kingdom of OZ.
The light presentation is amazing!
You walk from light exhibit to light exhibit as the story of Dorothys journey unfolds.You walk down the yellow brick road to OZ.
This was a adventure not to miss.
Thank you Webbs Garden Centre , it is fantastic!!!!

Avoid!!
We visited for the Igloo afternoon tea and we were far from impressed.
-We had to wait ages to be seated because they had to find the right person who was dealing with the igloos.
- Food was awful (and many items not as described at the time of booking) and the service poor.
- The sandwiches were all served on white bread (no option was given to select brown, white or mix when booking)
- The scones were dry and hard.
- The cakes were tasteless.
- Whilst the sugar bowl, plates and teapot etc were nice crockery, we were given green, metal mugs (with black rust marks at the bottom) to drink our tea from like we were in the trenches, which seemed rather odd.
- Service was poor - we had to go in to ask for more plates and when they arrived we asked for knives too, which resulted in an eye roll from the waitress.
- The above may have been somewhat forgiveable had it been busy, but out of six pods, ours was the only one occupied from start to finish and even when we left there were no other bookings waiting. Oh, and despite no other bookings after us, we were still told we only had 5 mins left before we needed to vacate.
We will never bother with one of these "experiences" with Webbs again. Extremely disappointing, especially as we had all travelled over an hour to get there for what was meant to be a Christmas treat.
I bought 4 Lumineo Battery lights
I bought 4 Lumineo Battery lights, which were described as Glass, and when they arrived they were plastic because I was meeting friends to exchange gift. I could not send them back; I had no time to buy more. I phoned Webb to complain that this is false advertising, and they need to change it and sent an email to them, but did not get any response. I phoned a few days later, and they have now changed it. I said I like a partial refund, and once again, nothing. I sent an email this morning, and they offered £4 for the lights that were on for £9.99, so you think they were glass, they were on sale,I bought 4. I see they have taken out that it's a glass ball, but they have not said it is a plastic ball not going to buy from this site again, Alex
they will steal your money
I purchased two items from this company which were shown as being available upon ordering. I then receive an email to say that one of the items was not in stock. I therefore requested a refund for the difference in delivery charges as with one item it would have cost me £2.99 but with two items it cost me £4.95. They refused my request as they said their delivery costs are the same for all products (£4.95) so I sent a screenshot of the £2.99 delivery charge with just one item. They then took a few days to reply after correcting their website and then sent me a screenshot with the £4.95 charge being applied to one product. They scammed me for £1.96 and wouldn't accept my initial screenshot as proof but expect me to accept their screenshot as proof.
EDIT: They refunded the delivery charges eventually and sent me an email requesting I change my review.
Cancelled after 5 days of no communication
Our online order still hadn't dispatched 5 working days after ordering.
I sent two separate emails, which were acknowledged by an autoreply, but nobody ever replied to them.
I eventually called to cancel the order, and received a refund 2 days later. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately cannot redeem this awful customer experience.
They claim all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends). I appreciate that at this time of year this might be a little longer, but 5 working days is unacceptable without notifying customers before purchase to expect such long delays.
The order was for some Christmas decorations, so timely dispatch was essential.
This is the first and last time I place an order with Webbs.
Edit: I did eventually receive a reply to my email today after posting a review - better late than never, but unfortunately does not redeem this bad experience.

On visiting Webbs at Wychbold today our experience started off well. We had an item to return with no complications and then had a walk around the Christmas section. We had breakfast in the restaurant but on paying I called a lady to let her know we were ready to pay. She got her iPad and card reader but putting the card reader down on our table and abruptly tapping it for us to pay with no eye contact. With all the good experience we had had this just cancelled it all out. Also visited the toilet which really does need an up grade a sink out of order and really not the cleanest.
Second hand goods sold as new
spent over £350 in lemax accessories to add to our collection. Did plenty of research and established that Webbs were the best priced online retailer. Planned to spend the day opening and displaying the models, but when we came to open up the packages nearly all of the boxes had been opened already and it became apparent that most of the products were not new and over half did not work. These items were either faulty returns of ex display models. Have sent several emails to the company including videos and requested a swift resolution as obviously these are Christmas display items. Being ignored by the company and now being forced to do a credit card chargeback. Do not order from this company, they have the cheapest prices for a reason.

Visited the Webbs Hygge Igloo on Sunday evening and had a great time. Lovely setting, and the igloo was nice, warm, and cosy. Loved the decorations, wireless speaker, and heater – all added to the experience. Becky, Dawn & Katie were all fantastic, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything. They were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail and customer service really made the evening special. Perfect spot for a unique and relaxing night out. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again!

Ordered something online and wanted to return it so followed the return process on their website of sending an email to customer services. Nobody ever came back to my email so it’s not a very robust returns process.

If you enjoy being spoken to like a naughty child, Webbs is the place for you. After waiting around seven minutes with no hello, no eye contact, nothing, myself, mother in law and two young children sat at an empty table, there were plenty of them. A staff member stormed over, pointed in my mother in law’s face and announced she “you are rude! You will not be getting served.” Whilst other customers were doing the same thing- Helping themselves to a chair. Charming. Why on earth we were singled out is beyond me.
We took it to the manager, who asked which staff member it was. When my mother-in-law said “the little one” to IDENTIFY her (as requested), she was stood next to two other members of staff considerably taller than her, the manager told her she was being derogatory. Instead of dealing with her staff’s attitude, she decided to take offence on their behalf. Interesting priorities.
We left. Plenty of places do lunch without the attitude.
Disappointed in customer service
Summertime brought a webber grill and accessories only to find an item missing. Husband contacted store (via e-mail) and still waiting on reply .
Due to this husband is now refusing to take me on my yearly christmas shopping spree .
Not a happy bunny as its the best time of year in your store and loved to have a good mooch . Not sure where to go now for my christmas fix .
Anybody have any ideas .

Finger crossed we get the part for summer next year

Its good now you opened cafe for dogs. What we do find very disappointing re the loyalty card you dont do the 12 free drinks any more, which bought people in and then yougo round the store and buy things. I think it should be reinstated as Webbs does not do anything off re the cafe or restaurants. A lot of places do something once a month to do with their cafe or restaurants. Re date of experience we go regularly.

Great choice of items on offer for house and garden if a little expensive, Restaurant good choice of food but had breakfast here four times now and not once did the food and drink come together with the food being consumed before the drinks even arrived.

Good service from the team at Droitwich, bought a christmas tree and really helpful in moving it to reception and providing the trolley for us.

I WENT TO THE STORE TO GET A GARDEN BENCH COVER TO BE TOLD BY A MANAGER THAT THEY DONT STOCK THEM SO I NEED TO ORDER ON LINE. I CANNOT BELIEVE SUCH A LARGE STORE DOES NOT STOCK THEM. THE MANAGER WAS LITTLE TO NO HELP WHATSOEVER
