Great customer support

Exceptional Support

I would like to personally give my thanks to Melissa who assisted me with my web hosting problem. Z.com platform is very straight-forward and easy to understand. I'm glad that I got my domain and web hosting to Z.com helping out my new business.

BY FAR the worst company

I have been working with hosting companies since 1999 and this is BY FAR the worst company I have ever used. If you want SELF SERVICE or NO SERVICE use them. Working with them was like getting a root canal without anesthesia.

Z.com is highly recommended for small businesses and beginner business owner

Z.com is very affordable. great for small businesses, their customer service are highly professional and responsible, at the same time, cooperative. I highly recommend this for those who are not techy or newbie on technologies, I contacted z.com to connect my point into my Shopify and they did it within 24 hours.
Z.com is very different than other company. with the commitment to serve their client a best and smooth service.
