Had a replacement roof installed on my conservatory it was a warm roof. All completed in 2 days by a friendly competent team of workers. They did an excellent job and cleared up all mess and rubbish after the install.

Good job well done, clean workers, just didn't replace architrave inside and outside

I had an old wooden and drafty back door to my house that had seen better years and was not able to be used.
Weathershied have revitalised this doorway with a simple, clean and attractive new door that is bright, secure and extremely well fitted. I can't believe I've waited so long to do this. A number of months on and I'm still enjoying being able to use this doorway . Sounds silly I know but it's better than going the long way round.

Had a typical glass conservatory that was unbelievably hot in the summer. Decided to get a flat roof with a 3x1 sky lantern in the middle with special glass, had all glass windows replaced with k glass...what I different and all done within 3 days. Highly recommend couldn't be happier

I’ve been invited to review my recent experience with weathershield solutions, I had my conservatory renovated with new brickwork, windows and doors and a new flat roof with sky lantern. WeatherShield Solutions Ltd and Roofshield Solutions Ltd are the same company, trading under different names, with sometimes different spellings (capital S in shield). Also Anglian Conservatories Ltd. T/A Weathershield Solutions Ltd.
The company moved to Kent from their previous address, which was:- Tudor House Court, 2a Letchmore Road, Stevenage, Herts.SG1 3HU.
The company owes me £2,700 return of deposit for cancellation of contract, and is CURRENTLY TRADING WITH A COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENT ON ITS RECORD in the name of Roofshield Solutions Ltd.
Beware if you have paid an initial deposit for work to be done, but decide to cancel within the time period and the conditions of the contract you have signed, because your deposit may not be returned!!!
I was initially contacted by 'Roofshield Solutions Ltd', and signed a contract for new windows, with additional preparative building work, to be done by their 'associate company' i.e.'WeatherShield Solutions Ltd', but for good reason to do with my home buildings insurance cover (i.e. building 'structural' work involved?), I decided to cancel the contract before the start of work, and have my deposit refunded.
My efforts over a period of four months to get my deposit returned were fruitless, so eventually I was forced to take my claim to the Small Claims Court, and was subsequently awarded a CCJ for Breach of Contract, which the company has yet to settle!!!
NB: An important point to consider with any builder who has an unsettled CCJ on record is the possibility of 'invalidated' insurance cover? It's well worth asking if the builder has THIRD PARTY INDEMNITY INSURANCE cover (as distinct from Public Liability Insurance), this extra protection could well be invalidated if the company has an unsettled CCJ on record!!!
I will have no intention of giving up, however long it takes, and will pursue WeatherShield Solutions Ltd / Roofshield Solutions Ltd until they finally decide it would be in their own best interests to settle my 'fully justified claim' for the return of my deposit!!!

Friendly and helpful good old fashioned customer service from start to finish. Excellent products and service would recommend highly and indeed I have!

Overall very satisfied with the whole experience. All my concerns dealt with, was kept in the loop, courteous installation team and high quality workmanship. Certass certificate took a long time to arrive but that's probably because I'm impatient!
