I spoke to their team who advised that there quotes last 6 months, agreed to get a quote and a sales member would call me back, I got a call back only to be told that I needed to make a decision on the day (After I told them I just wanted a quote to shop around). I will be changing my windows for sure and I am 100 percent not using them......What is the point in offering to honor a quote for 6 months if they are trying to force you to make a decision on the day. Never trust a company with pushy sales teams, they clearly only care about the sales and not the customer!

I was very pleased with the results the neatness of this installers work was very good better than any of the others that have done work for me.

I had nine windows fitted and this was done in one day. The fitters worked very hard and produced a very good standard of work. The windows are of a good quality. The guys cleared up very well and we’re friendly and we’ll mannered. The correspondence before the fitting was good with date changes explained. A total wait of about 5 weeks from start to finish was obtained.
Two issues I must mention for a balance review would be;
1. The initial salesman who cold called at the door was untrue when stating they were doing another job in a few days down in the close and was knocking on the door to let me know that there might be some small disruption to parking when they were here, this turned out to be total fabrication, I realise this is a salesmen’s trick but i don’t like being lied to.
Also to date after 3 to 4 weeks I have received no paperwork as promised for the guarantee etc, which I assume now I will have to chase.

All round excellent, would highly recommend

Very prompt service. Done a good job on my kitchen/bathroom/WC windows. One man completed the job within 5 hours. Cleaned up after job completed.

Very happy with end result. Initial consultation to completion all ran smoothly and within planned time.

We are very happy with the work and service that WeatherShield Solutions did on our conservatory renovation.

The only reason for a 4 star is that we did not see a sample of the finish and haven't got what we had thought we'd get terms of color finish. The lesson in this is to ask and don't assume.

On the upside WeatherShield came up with an innovative solution to challenging design. The the trades people have been out standing and we would highly recommend. And we now have a room we all love spending time in.

All told - fantastic job.

We had 7 windows fitted great job from start to finish from the sale guy to the fitters and managers top job from all the installation guys were polite and efficient and cleaned up after they were done we are getting doors done next week by the same team couldn't be happier

Only reason for giving 4 stars is that the initial consultation was very 'doorsalesman' like! Unnecessary visit in my opinion which took up a lot of time and was just a sales pitch. Once we cut straight to the surveyor and builders was all faultless.

Great customer care, especially during these times, keeping us informed of the progress of the production of our windows and door.
On the day, the work was started on time, fitted professionally, with hardly any mess, and all looking great.
I would highly recommend this company.

Pleased with the quality of the windows but why have you not collected your advertising board it keeps getting blown away by the wind. Shall we put it out with the rubbish for the dustmen to take. Regards

The door was fitted without a letterbox so had to make sure we were at home for our post until it was rectified over a week later. The fitter broke the glass in the top panel of the doorway. Was replaced at the same time of the door being fitted with the letterbox. Apart from that every one I have spoken to has been very curtious.

Generally ok; not the cheapest: particularly when it came to ‘extra scope items’. Also a bit difficult with finalising close out certification for windows and conservatory work: wouldn’t issue until final payment received, rather than the other way around!

Follow up: needed a receipt for work done as scope additions, but can’t get anybody to help me with it. So generally: middle of range aftercare.

First rate service, arrived on time and completed installation in a day. They were polite and efficient and couldn’t fault the service given. Would highly recommend

We paid £1800 for a replacement front door with frame and associated side window. The door was specified with an Ultion lock and we asked for a door knocker and letter box (in brushed chrome) to be fitted along with our house number. Since the door was fitted, we have had the following issues:
1) The door knocker has worked loose and despite receiving remedial attention from Weathershield after we waited 6 weeks for a fitter to arrive, the knocker is now detached from the door again. The door became difficult to close and lock, and when Ultion were called to review, they replaced the entire lock and claimed that the door needed adjusting as it hadn't been fitted correctly. We have noticed that the plastic caps on the door rain lip at the bottom of the door, have come away from the lip and this now allows water ingress into the ends of the door lip. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with the post installation support and follow-up from WS. Once the money has been paid, it seems that trying to get snags fixed, is the hardest thing to achieve. We have now made the outstanding repairs ourselves as this has proven to be the most reliable solution,

Purchased 6 Windows.Turned up on day of install early Feb 2020 and ripped out every window in the house leaving us nowhere to retreat to. Total lack of respect for the property not putting dustsheets down hence damaging and scratching wooden flooring. Didn't have trim to complete finishing inside the house. Returned 3 times in total to complete. Requested that somebody from office needed to visit property to view damage to the floors and inspect quality of fitting but nobody did. Fitters wanted sign off which i refused as not happy and wanted discount. Somebody called from office and gave instant transfer of £300 as discount. Still not received any guarantee for the Windows. Sent numerous emails which keep bouncing back. Would not recommend this company to anyone. £7500 for a well below average job.Would also like to add that it took myself any partner almost 4hrs to clean up the dust that was everywhere in the house.bedding had to be changed before we could even sleep in our beds.probably took a good week for us to get the house back to normality again.I've been in the building trade and you don't expose house to the elements by ripping everything out before starting to reinstall.

Easy to follow ordering and arrived in Lockdown when possible. Good experience.

Was pressured into sale, workman ship was anything but exceptional... they tried not to carry out work that was promised, then asked for money up front before completion. Actually feel I was done over for the £8'500 that I paid.
