this company would not repost due to return by delivery company even though I said we will pay the cost so we lost £40 as its company policy not to repost I don’t think this is right that a company can keep your money or goods to the value I will be contacting trading standards

Sent moldy products 📦. Even with 5 days left on the Best before date.

Gave Heylo a go as they had good delivery speed. Honestly normally use another company

Bas experience. We opened box and immediately noticed mold ontop of the new products. We took photos and my partner binned the entire box. Very disappointing as we were taking to center parcs for weekend.

We requested a refund. And they have just given us a partial refund (fraction of binned products cost) which is why I'm leaving this review. I don't know if it's a mistake on their part as its Sunday now. Either way sounds like a company that messes around at this point so leaving a review.

After trying some of the low carb bread in the US I was really happy to find similar bread at home in the UK. Nevertheless, the taste was very disappointing. Each slice has a really odd consistency/texture and the taste and smell made me feel slightly bilious! The rolls are a little better but no patch on some of the brands I tired in the US. I also bought the wraps which were probably the best of the bunch but even then, the smell and taste were not for me however much I wanted to like them and I found myself forcing it down and not wanting to eat it again. From frozen? Equally awful and almost cheese like in taste……For the money, a no from me as someone that is deep into my Keto.

Very tasty, surprisingly filling and a great addition to a low carb diet. The cinnamon and raisin bread was a gorgeous substitute for hot cross buns.

I have tried different brands of low carb low calorie bread products. It has taken me some time but I have found that Heylo breads are the tastiest and it has really helped me to keep my weight at a healthy level without having to give up everything I enjoy!
The size of the slices of bread were a bit of a surprise initially, but they are actually very filling. I love the brown bread and the white rolls, and am just about to try their wraps and bagels.
Their customer service is really good- prompt responses , very friendly. I haven’t had any cause to complain - I had to get in touch due to an error I made.
I am very happy with this company and will definitely be continuing to purchase their goods.

The bread is fine but massively overpriced, particularly when you are just ordering one loaf as a test to see if you like it. Having considered the options, I think I won’t be buying any more, simply cutting down my carbs will be significantly less expensive.

The products are very good and enable me to have the convenience of rolls or wraps but keep my carbs very low. The customer service is excellent, I really recommend Heylo. A well run company with excellent products.

It’s not the same as normal bread. However bread is a delight to have when on keto diet. I prefer the seeded loaf. Would prefer if price was lower, very expensive.

I have found Heylo an excellent company to deal with, ordering is very easy & the speed of delivery is exceptional. All questions that I have had have been dealt with promptly with a quick email response to solve my issues.
I have tried all their bakery products & in my opinion they are better than other low carb companies breads etc. My favourites are the bagels - split, toasted & topped with a variety of sweet or savory low carb spreads. I am also very fond of the pizza bases although I tend to use them more as a pitta bread - again lightly toasted, halved & opening the 'pocket' in order to fill it with hot chicken or beef & salad with tzatziki! although I have used a variety of other fillings. The wraps are used in similar ways & I struggle to accept they really are low carb!
I have tried all the different Granola's, they are all very tasty but my favourite is the Honeycomb which is now my daily treat at the end of the day, a small portion with some flavoured Quark is enough to meet my need for something sweet without adding lots of carbs.
The breads & rolls are all tasty but I prefer the items mentioned above as I am not a sandwich person, the texture is a little different to normal breads for me but I really enjoy the seeded loaf toasted with melted cheese!
I highly recommend Heylo & I am now a regular subscriber so I don't risk running out of my favourite items.

These products are my absolute saviours, so many ways to use them while keeping carbs low. I always keep a stock of them in the freezer .

Heylo Low Carb Granola. Firstly, it is NOT granola. Although the packet states "Baked granola clusters", there are no clusters, it is just muesli: good quality muesli but muesli all the same. I ordered a 3-pack bundle - honeycomb, caramel and cocoa. The first two tasted the same. Disappointed.

Fantastic service, prompt replies and easily solved. The products are amazing. I am a diabetic taking insulin, I also have an implant and are monitoring my sugar levels and these products hardly effect my blood levels.

This products are a game changer! Taste really good and keep you full for longer. Im on low carb diet and I was really craving bread so this is perfect solution.
Delivery slow with Royal Mail but bread still arrived in really good date

Let us start with the elephant in the room. You will hear all over that this is exactly like bread. To me this isn't *exactly* like bread. There is a faint tang to the items I have ordered that you don't get with regular bread. A bit like mild marmite to me - no problem I like marmite.

That said, it is damned close to full carb bread. It isn't the same delusion I feel "Keto people" who claim Cauliflower tastes like anything but cauliflower are suffering (it really is cauliflower to me no matter how you dress it up). This IS delicious bread. I have enjoyed them far more than the almond flour, coconut flour, 90 second microwave etc items I have made at home and all of which have disappointed. The texture is there, especially in the sub rolls. It is very good at not spiking me having a slice with breakfast - too good in fact I have been hypo territory the last 2 mornings vs my usual no sugar wholemeal which I need to adjust for. This isn't so much a lifestyle choice to lose weight as a necessity as a diabetic and it is one I can live with long term.

Very impressed. Slightly pricey but worth it. Don't hesitate for a long time like I did. It is lovely to have a slice or two back in my diet without worrying if I can afford it glucose wise.

I just love Heylo products particularly the bagels and the gorgeous chocolate brownies. They have helped so much with my low-carb eating after my Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis. By using products like this I've managed to lose over 4 stone in a year so thank you!

Absolutely dreadful. A very clever marketing scam
Each slice is half the size of a normal slice and yet the loaf is 4 times the price. So if you calculate by weight, it is 8 times the price of a loaf of bread from the supermarket.
The white bread and rolls are rubbery and chewy. Leave a horrid taste in your mouth.
The whole meal seed loaf was hard and inedible and went in the bin.
I understand for special dietary needs but certainly when you compare calories, it's no different.
The whole thing is a huge marketing scam, selling a poor quality product, which tastes awful. To add insult to injury the postage cost is high too.
As it was my first order, the booking said I'd get free rolls and free pizza bases. Only one of them was included.
Save your money. Too many people buying this rubbish after seeing adverts pop up

I can’t wait NOT to order again

Far too over priced. Was shocked when the bread came only 300g per loaf compared to a standard loaf 800g. Worked out £13.57 for two loads delivered from the website.

I had my first order this week and tried the cinnamon bread, the brown bread and the seeded bread.
I used to buy another seeded loaf which is no longer in production so tried this as a replacement. Although more than twice the price the seeded bread is very good. Nice thick slices with many fewer carbs and lower calories than my previous bread. A good replacement so I will buy again.
The brown bread is soft and will probably make good sandwiches. I haven’t eaten ‘sliced’ bread for 8 years or so, so this a novelty for me! I doubt I will buy this often as I don’t tend to eat sandwiches.
The cinnamon bread is delicious. A very nice lower carb treat. Although this is not very low carb it’s more satisfying than its ‘full carb’ brothers.
Yes, I will buy from Heylo again.

A good selection of low carb options for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the products are good. They obviously don't taste quite the same as high carb/sugar options but its still nice to have a little treat without spiking blood sugars. I am working my way through their listed options. Have tried the Granola, breads, rolls, crackers and brownies. Have enjoyed all of them. Delivery is reasonable by Royal Mail.
