Waterfords Estate Agents Omdömen

We used Waterfords, Fleet to sell our property. Successfully sold, STC in the last 10 days. Very pleased with the professional service from the team, especially Lars who conducted the viewings and kept us fully informed of progress throughout. Many thanks.

I just felt like I had to leave a review for the outstanding workmanship of the fleet Lettings group for Waterfords.
Jess,Fiona and Jack have been simply brilliant.
Communication and going out their way to was second to none.
Couldn’t recommend them enough
Thanks guys

We have worked along side Waterford Estate Agents for many years they are reliable and very professional and we have a great working relationship with Fiona, Jess and Jack

Waterfords Yateley have been absolutely excellent in finding a buyer for my property. In just under 3 weeks a buyer was found which happened to be the first person to view it. Harry Dean has been brilliant from the start keeping in contact every step of the way.
Would highly them .

In the last two weeks I have registered with nearly every agent in the Yateley, Sandhurst and Crowthorne area. Whilst we are still yet to find a house, Sheralee has been a highly proactive and responsive agent.

I must also mention that Harry has been equally excellent. Both were very engaged during our first viewing, and helped us visualise the potential of the property we saw.

Great service , very helpful was able to find my new place and have everything signed and confirmed within less then a few hours would highly recommend.

Me and my partner have been looking for a house to rent for very long time.
We found a house advertised by Waterfords. Matt has been more than helpful, he had explained everything in detail and was able to answer all questions and reply to all our emails in minutes. All these acts of professionalism made us confident that we have made the right choice choosing Waterfords.

We've recently been looking for a property for my parents. Harry and the team at Waterfords were fantastic and I thoroughly recommend them.

James came to value our property, very professional, offered good advice, very knowledgeable of the local area. Would recommend!

Great experience of renting thanks to Jack and Rob in the Fleet office. Its our first rental and they have made the process easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent.

From start to finish the whole process of selling my property has been straightforward and stress-free thanks to the guys at Waterfords Yateley. James and Harry communicated well, provided friendly advice and ensured I achieved the best price for my property.

The property sold very quickly, and we have just completed in under 10 weeks.

Thanks for all your help!

Harry and James did a great job selling my house, always keeping me up to date with the position of the sale. Highly recommended.

Initially our experience was good as the agents notified us that the landlord was interested in our offer the day after we viewed the property. They were very available by phone and email and all seemed to be going very well. Unfortunately they used a third party reference checking site called Goodlord which made the process very confusing and inefficient. In the end it took us nearly a month and a half to complete the reference checking and to be given the ‘all clear’ to rent the place. We found out our application was approved 4-5 days before our move in date when we had viewed the place nearly a month and a half prior. The experience was very stressful in the end and we did not feel the service we received was at all personable or that the communication was transparent. We love the property we have moved into and are grateful for that, but going forward we would not choose Waterfords again.

Alexsey was excellent from first contact to last - always available when needed and communicative with the latest developments. Thank you Alex! I would highly recommend Waterfords.

The team at the Yateley office, and Harry in particular have done an amazing job with our house sale. It's not been without its ups and downs, but throughout Harry has been positive, keeping in touch with regular updates and pushing hard to make sure things happened.

I spent years running estate agencies, and this was the sort of service I always wanted my teams to achieve. Highly recommended!

The service we received from waterfords from viewings to purchase was second to none smooth hassle free and good communication throughout
Thank you Harry and waterfords

Henry was an absolute star throughout it recent house sale. He went above and beyond and always kept in contact. Thank you Henry, highly recommended

Recently purchased our first home with Waterfords in Yateley. James was especially friendly and made us feel very welcome on our visits to our future home. Harry was also great at communicating with us about the ongoing purchase. We would certainly recommend using Waterfords if you are thinking of buying a home.

Oliver Manning at the Fleet branch looked after the sale of our much-loved family home. He was driven to not only get us a sale but find us the best possible buyer, which he achieved. His knowledge of the market in Fleet, and his contacts with potential buyers, worked perfectly for us. He got us from memorandum of sale to completion in nine weeks, too. Highly recommended.

Harry has been amazing and professional helping me with the purchase of my house in Yateley. We had some challenging times but was made so much easier with Harry's intervention at critical moments and always being available to answer any questions and follow up with the vendor. We collected our keys to our new family home yesterday and all is perfect. Thank you again Harry.
