Great company, great team of people. They moved us with no problem at all and were very respectful of our possessions. They even deal with unexpected issues with a smile on their face!

Great service, professional and nothing is too difficult. The men were very efficient and friendly. I was nervous that they could get everything out by 1pm but they were done way before. I was worried for nothing.

3rd time we have been moved my Ward-Thomas. Good value, excellent crew in both vans. Efficient, polite and professional. Also cost effective. No reason for us to use anyone else.

We have used Anthony Ward Thomas for a piano and a family house move. Both times we had an excellent service, friendly, professional and well priced. Mark Pusey and the sales team were very helpful and flexible, communication was quick and efficient. The team of movers lef by Adam was exceptional both times: quick, careful and respectful, clean and friendly. Box collection equally efficient. Highly recommended.

Charlie Parry came to our house and organised every detail and explained it. It was a difficult move after 24 years initially to storage, and then to a little flat. His team came along with a lovely red lorry and team of 7 in red jackets. They packed everything, moved smoothly into the containers. Adam was in charge and they were all pleasant. We are most grateful and even enjoyed this normally painful process.

I have used Anthony Ward/ Master Removers/ Aussie multiple times. They have a premium price and therefore I was expecting a premium service. However, this last time, everything that could go wrong, went wrong. I had damaged items (a table and a freezer), lost boxes containing an entire set of Sargadelos coffee set and pot (not cheap at all) plus additional plates and mugs. On top of that, I had a bespoke table that wasn't properly assembled and for which I had to pay an additional £340 for the carpenter to come by to fix it.
I made the mistake of not getting their insurance, so I got £40 back per issue (I had like 6 or 7). Thus I ended up losing around £1500. This is after paying almost £500 per month on storage for over a year, plus the cost of the actual move out and back in!! I still need to research whether it is an industry standard that the customer is the one needing an insurance for the vendor to perform their work. Honestly, with this approach, they technically don't need to take any responsibility for anything... That might be the reason why, they didn't even count the boxed they removed nor the ones that came back! Looking back, I think I was simply lucky the previous couple of times that I used their services. For sure, this was the last time I use their services

Very efficient, a great team of 3 - everything worked like clockwork from arrival time, packing and delivery - all seamless. Fabulous service and we would definitely use Ward Thomas again.

Excellent service: the pre-move service was professional and slick (thanks to Niamh!), the team turned up on time, were friendly, polite and extremely helpful, and made very light work of the move. Everything went smoothly and the logistics were seamless. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, and they made me feel relaxed throughout. Could not recommend more highly.

After looking at several options I chose Ward Thomas because it was price effective and, more importantly, gave me the sort of personalised communication that I was looking for, because I was abroad. I needed my personal effects, already in long term storage, moved to their long term storage facility, in my absence. I was a bit anxious about it and really appreciated the very friendly and responsive communication with Laura and her colleagues. I was greatly reassured by their efforts, on the day, to follow my requests and to keep me informed. They sent me update photos and I appreciated speaking with one of the removals team, Aurelian. Everything from getting the quote to the move was pain-free. The two movers were on time and moved the stuff into the truck with speed and care. The whole move took far less time than I thought it might and the price felt very reasonable.

Friendly and efficient movers, they also helped to set up our bed, sofa and tables which helped a great deal. Would definitely use this company again.

We had booked packers and movers, and David and the crew who turned up on the day were so efficient, helpful and professional. Jonathan, Megan and and the entire removal team were excellent for our move, which involved moving out of a London terrace house, storage for 3 months and finally moving into a house with limited access. The team were very accommodating, efficient, careful and considerate. Would definitely recommend for your next move!

Very professional move by an experienced and friendly team. Handled the full process including boxes, insurance and parking suspension. There are cheaper alternatives, but Anthony Ward Thomas is well worth the price.

We were very impressed with the team. Mario and Alex made the whole process smooth and trouble free and moved everything so quickly. They turned up on the dot and worked really hard, and nothing seemed to phase them.
