clean, sharp and looks premium
Picked up the concorde aviation print and it’s slick. Super clean lines, proper sharp detail. Looks way more expensive then it was.

Good communication
I ordered early December so the delivery took a little longer than id hoped, but to be expected i suppose. Really happy with the product. Excellent quality. Also, contacted customer services a couple of times & got a response every time so overall very happy and will buy from them again.

Poor quality, long delivery time, awful company!
Ordered before the cut off deadline for Christmas, no part of the website states it's printed and shipped from China. Item finally arrived 3rd January, well over the 10 business days stated on website.
The print itself is of very poor quality, resolution is very low, colours are very washed. I'd say it's a 20ft picture - as in it only looks good from distances of over 20ft away!
Absolute joke of a company to deal with, I made contact multiple times with the company whom just dismissed the delivery delays and stated I ordered too late. Yet order confirmation shows I ordered in time.
Save your money, buy your artwork and prints from a reputable company and AVOID WALL OF ART STUDIO AT ALL COSTS.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

We find it very unfortunate that your order was delivered just after the holidays. During the Christmas period, delivery delays can unfortunately happen due to the carrier. Around 95% of orders placed before the cut off were delivered in time, but we understand that in your case it still arrived later and we are sorry for that.
Regarding the print quality, this looks like a misprint. We process many orders and sometimes something can go wrong. It is human, and when it happens we always want to fix it.
We offered you a full refund for this matter, but you did not want to proceed with any solution. In our email contact the conversation was friendly and constructive, which makes the tone of this review feel very different and, in our opinion, not really fair.
If you still want us to resolve this properly, please reply to our customer service email and we will arrange your refund immediately.

Very poor product quality
Very poor product quality. Cut by hand, very expensive, wrinkles in frames. I would never recommend this company or their products. Do not buy from them, it’s a complete rip off and scam!

A print should never arrive with poor cutting, wrinkles, or any issues with the frame. If this happened, we want to resolve it immediately and make it right.
Please update your review with your order number (or contact our customer service with your order details and photos), and we will fix this for you straight away at no cost to you, either by sending a replacement or arranging a refund.

Arrived within the two week period and it’s excellent quality; feels like canvas. Having been stung before, I was a bit concerned when the tracking showed it making its way, slowly, through China. But David at WOAS was very responsive. My heart stopped again when I realised the final leg of the journey will be via Evri but, in the end, it was trouble-free. All-in-all a great product and a good company with a fast response. I will use again.

Made it right
I ordered a print online and when it arrived, the wrong print was packed by mistake. I reached out and David responded immediately and promptly sent out the correct print and even added an additional print for me. The process was easy and smooth. Mistakes are going to happen and I think how a company responds to those mistakes are the true test.
