Delivery, tracking and quality of art prints

Fedex delivered my order wrong till 2 times and i was really getting fed up with this. The company said it would be better to send it to a pickup point that worked good an the print was also good

From the day of ordering until the day I recieved the poster was 11 days, I am in the UK.

The website gives the impression it is UK based, or at least EU based, however it is based in China.

The quality was decent, printed on a canvas-like material. Not a paper poster like what I am used to from other brands.

It was packaged well, in your typical cylinder container like all other posters.

The image quality is brilliant. Rich in colour and tone.

I'd definitely order from here again, but just bare in mind it is China based and can take time. Overall no concerns.

I think David is the sweetest customer service man i ever encountered. I was not really understanding the way i could upload my own image but David was so sweet to lead me trough the whole process. The quality was also great

Really amazed about the sevice and custom options for this store , I ordered a family portrait that are normally not really available here in the size i needed and David assist me from A-Z in this. The quality of our picture was really high and the print had that same quality… Again amazed and thankful for the extra service David !

The product is brilliant, well packaged. When the vendor was contacted they responded very quickly. Would recommend the product and buying from this company.

I was a little dubeous because the company states Holland but the poster came from China, and buying abroad is hit and miss. However I was reassured by the company and placed my order. My Sabotage poster arrived just after one week and in perfect condition. The quality of the poster is fantastic and looks superb framed. I will buy from Wall Art again..

i had one the prints missing in my order , i mailed and really got all the service you can expect from a company, david reassured me and directly sended out the correct print... the one i got wrong was also really nice and i could keep that so im very happy with this solution.

I want to be fair and balanced in this review, because the quality of the prints themselves turned out to be better than I expected. After my initial experience with the website and the way the order was processed, my expectations had become quite low, but to give credit where it is due, the prints arrived in good condition and the print quality itself is genuinely fine for the price. That is the reason this review is 3 stars rather than 1.

However, prospective customers should go in with their eyes open, because there are several things about Wall Of Art Studio that are not what they appear to be on the website.

1. This is not a UK or European brand. Despite the "uk." subdomain, GBP pricing, UK-specific Shipping Policy and overall presentation, Wall Of Art Studio is in practice a Chinese-based dropshipping operation. This is not disclosed anywhere on the website or in any product description. The company claims to operate from both US and Chinese production facilities, but my order clearly came directly from China, and I do not believe the dual-location claim is accurate for European customers. UK consumer law requires clear pre-purchase information about the trader and the origin of goods, and that is missing here.

2. The "Quick dispatch — typically within 1 business day" promise is misleading. What actually happens within one day is that a shipping label is created. The parcel itself then takes several more days to physically move, and is sent via Yun Express — one of the cheapest and slowest Chinese international carriers. I placed my order on Friday 29 May 2026, and it arrived 15 days later. That is well outside the "5-10 business days" delivery window advertised on the Shipping Policy page, and it is not what most UK buyers would associate with "quick dispatch".

3. The prints are not paper. They are made from a coated, synthetic, oilcloth-like material I have never seen used for wall art before. To be fair, it is a higher-quality version of the kind of material used by very cheap sellers on platforms like Temu, and it does not look bad on the wall — but it is absolutely not what most customers would picture when they read "art print" or "poster" on a UK-style website. The material is not described or pictured in any of the product information.

Summary for anyone considering an order:

1. The quality is not bad for the price you pay, so on a pure product basis you do get something for your money.
2. Expect your order to take at least two weeks to arrive, shipped from China via Yun Express, not 1-business-day "quick dispatch" as suggested.
3. The poster will not arrive as a paper print — it is made of a synthetic, oilcloth-style material that is not disclosed anywhere on the website or in the product description.

None of this is necessarily a deal-breaker if you go in informed. The problem is that the website does not present any of it clearly, and a UK buyer can very easily think they are ordering a paper art print from a UK brand with UK fulfilment, when in reality they are buying something quite different, from China, on a much longer timeline.

Hence 3 stars: a decent product, let down by branding and disclosure that are not honest about what is actually being sold or where it is coming from.

I ordered a custom print for my foodtruck , beautiful quality canvas paper! Also good assistance for this from the team and David. For me this is a party to work with for in the future👍🏼

Very impressed with this company and their quality of products and customer service. My original order took longer than anticipated to arrive and when it actually did, unfortunately it was the wrong print. David was fantastic and expedited the delivery of the correct print, along with another print of my choice as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you David! Because of you I’ll definitely be ordering again and would recommend this company.
