Initially I had some problems with a certain streaming service which seemed to still be able to geolocate me. The support team replied immediately to my enquiry and kept working on the problem until it was solved.
Bandwidth seems to be fine for FHD viewing.

Efficiency Model experience
Further to my e-mail address (the same as my ID Nbr VPN Unlimited) being deactivated, I’ve been faced to a non current issue i.e. change of ID Nbr for a new one e-mail address, keeping original data transfer.
Within a few hrs, the Keepsolid support efficiently resolved such issue, then everything went OK at all !

Customer service is good
The VPN service itself is patchy - speeds often seem very low on some servers. But the support is surprisingly excellent - they come back incredibly quickly.

Great Service and Great Support
I got an awesome deal from a website. I didn’t know about the company so I was pretty nervous in the beginning. I’ve been using it for 4 years, and from my experience, I would have got this app even if I didn’t get a deal. App is great, speeds are great and support is great. They respond quicker than my family or my friends. I recommend this app to everyone who is considering a VPN and not sure what to get.

1) We provide the maximum possible connection speed for the current conditions.
However, the conditions for your connection may vary because of the current workload on the selected VPN server and the distance from you to the selected VPN server.
Also, there is always a chance of slowdown because of your ISP throttling VPN protocols.
As a suggestion, try to connect to a few servers that are geographically closer to you with the lowest workload.
Also please, try to switch to a different VPN protocol in the Settings -> Protocols of the app.
2) VPN Unlimited has over 3000+ high-speed servers across 80+ locations all over the world.

Their staff is the difference
I don’t usually use my VPN software & when it suddenly didn’t work when I needed it most, I contacted support.
Within minutes I was back up and running, they were extremely patient & thorough. And always responsive - every inquiry has gotten a response immediately.
So If you’re thinking of getting a VPN, please keep in mind that no matter how good their servers or software is, if you can’t get it to work for you? It’s useless.
And that’s why KeepSolid wins for me; their customer service is top notch.

Good service for a very reasonable price.
I've been using them for several years. VPN paid once for life. Nothing to complain about. The customer service response is quite fast. if you don't need a large number of servers, this service is for you

The service is really precessional
The service is really precessional, patient and user friendly, when I sent my request to those personnel, they gave the feedback with really great helps, which supported my issue quickly and successfully. Really thank you for their efforts. Good app good nice service.
