Beware of this service
Beware of this service. They make it incredibly easy to start a subscription but nearly impossible to stop the auto-renewal or get a refund. Their '7-day guarantee' is full of hidden fees and hurdles. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency regarding billing.

Avoid This Service — Terrible Experience
I’ve been using Symlex for almost 9 months and honestly it has been a huge disappointment. For the price they charge, the service is nowhere near worth it. The app keeps failing, servers constantly go down, and half the time it simply doesn’t connect at all.
Customer support is another problem — every time I ask for help, the answers feel unprofessional and never actually solve anything. My VPN has been broken for days now, and they promised to follow up, but it’s been almost 4 days with zero reply.
Living in China, a working VPN is something I need every single day, and this service has caused me nothing but stress. Out of everything I’ve purchased in my life, Symlex is easily the one I regret the most. Even some free VPNs perform better.
Save your money — this service has been a terrible experience for me. Not recommended at all.

Avoid; Your Bank Card & Personal Details Not Safe.
On renewal, Symlex tried to take payments without my permission 5 times. I never permit them to auto renewal nor save my bank card details. More scary, they tried to take payment 6 times even after I deleted my account on 4 October.
Bank Cards and personal details are not safe with them. I have proof of account delete and bank statement record for any future reference.
